Thank you for joining my meditation.

Sit back in your chair.

Sit up straight as if there was a string pulling you upright.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Let's do that two more times.

Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

One last time.

Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
