We'll do five breathing meditations focusing on each letter of the English word for heart.

As you inhale through your nose bring your breath into your heart.

Exhale all your negative thoughts through your mouth.

Inhale positive energy and exhale your worries.

Inhale positive thoughts and exhale anxiety.

Inhale Ruach,

Your spirit,

And exhale selfishness.

Inhale tenderness and exhale callousness.
