Welcome.

This meditation session is about flowers.

Sit back,

Feel free to close your eyes,

And think about your favorite flower.

Focus on its color,

Its petals,

Its shape,

Its touch,

And its smell.

As you focus on that,

Don't forget to breathe.

Inhale through your mouth,

Inhale through your nose,

And exhale through your mouth.

Feel free to make some sounds.

So again,

Inhale through your nose,

And exhale through your mouth.

Do that a couple more times,

While focusing on your favorite flower.
