Letting all of your attention go,
Focusing your attention only on your breath.

Let's visualize,
Picture or imagine that you are standing in front of a beautiful and ornate stained glass door.
There is a soft light shining on the other side of it,
Illuminating the beautiful artwork.
As you appreciate the artistry of the glass,
You feel yourself begin to relax and unwind.
Take a deep breath.
You notice there is a sign above the door which reads Healing.
Take a moment to focus your attention on why you are requesting healing work today.
Walk over to the door,
Place your hand on the cool heavy handle and walk through.
You find yourself outside in a large gazebo shaped room.
There are candles of many different shapes and sizes lighting this space.
There is a slight breeze and the ambient temperature is perfect.
There is also a very faint scent in the air that you can't quite place.
However,
It helps you to relax just a little bit more.
In the middle of the room is a very large and comfortable massage table.
Go ahead and lay down on the table face up.
The table is pleasant and warm and as you take a deep breath,
You relax even more.
As your eyes gaze upward,
You notice an extremely large skylight above you.
You can see millions of stars twinkling in the endless space above you.
Letting go of any remaining tension,
You take a slow deep breath.
Let's visualize,
Pretend or imagine that you have your own personal healing team just for your body.
In a moment,
They are going to arrive.
By some prior agreement,
Your healing team knows that if you enter this space,
You give them permission to heal and work on your body.
Close your eyes,
Breathe,
Relax and allow your thoughts to drift away.
As your healing team begins their work,
You may notice different or odd sensations in your body.
Relax into the warm healing energy and allow your team to correct and balance your energies in the best way for your body to heal.
Relax your body into the healing energy.
In a moment,
They are going to arrive.
Close your eyes,
Breathe,
Relax and allow your team to correct and balance your energies in the best way for your body to heal.

Take a moment to immerse your awareness into how your body feels right now.
Take a moment to fully appreciate how this healing feels.
As you slowly sit up from the massage table,
Take a moment to send your gratitude to your healing team.
Take a deep breath and center yourself.
Remember that you are free to return to this room anytime to request a healing for yourself.
When you're ready,
Head back towards the stained glass door to return to your home.
