
Ending Your Day With The Calmest Meditation
End your day by shifting from doing to being, as I will guide you through a calming experience that will allow you to relax for the evening. We will gently focus your awareness on an anchor, like your breath, and practice accepting each moment exactly as it is by non-judgmentally witnessing your thoughts, emotions, and sensations as they come and go. By learning to let go you can rest in the stillness of the ever-present moment and find peace. For a more relaxed experience, try to find a quiet space where you will be undisturbed.
