Crystal Cave Meditation

This is a 35-minute guided meditation centered on achieving balance in each of the chakras within the seven-chakra system. With each step down the ladder, we delve into a visualization of a specific crystal corresponding to the color of each chakra.

Transcript

Let's get ready for this meditation.

This will be a journey through a crystal planet,

Absorbing the benefits of each crystal,

Going through the chakras,

Climbing a ladder of colors with each chakra,

Each gem,

Starting by simply finding a comfortable position to lie down and relax.

Take a moment to observe the position that you are,

Doing any adjustments necessary to make you feel comfortable and steady.

And once you find yourself comfortable in shavasana or sitting,

Take a moment to observe your breath,

Feel your breath in your belly,

Notice how it expands with your inhale and relax with your exhale,

Contracting in towards your spine.

With each breath out you can relax a little deeper,

A little deeper,

Allowing yourself to spiral deeper still into the deepest state of relaxation you ever achieved before,

As it feels so good to just stop everything you are doing,

To simply relax.

And the more you relax,

The better you feel.

And the better you feel,

The deeper you can relax.

With each breath out now,

Relaxing your feet,

Noticing how the feet flop to the sides naturally relaxed.

And you can relax your ankles and your shins,

Your knees and thighs.

And you can relax your pelvic floor area,

Lower back,

Mid back and upper back.

Relaxing your belly,

Ribs and chest.

With another deep inhale you begin to relax the back of the shoulders,

Front of the shoulders,

The arms and elbows,

Forearms and wrists,

Your hands and fingers.

And you can relax your neck,

The back and the front of your neck and your whole face.

Relaxing any tensions in the jaw and lips,

Your nose and eyelid,

Forehead and ears,

Top of the head,

The whole head.

Your whole body is now relaxing.

And just for a moment feel your body so relaxed that is tingling,

As if there was energy or electricity moving through your body.

It is a pleasant analgesic feeling.

And as your body relaxes,

Allow your mind to drift and float,

Drift and float.

Using the power of imagination or visualisation to see yourself walking in a beautiful path in nature.

Looking at your surroundings,

You see tall trees,

Flowers of many colours,

The birds singing.

And you can step the dry leaves barefoot to feel the cool earth that is comfortable massaging the soles of your feet,

Energising you.

As you continue walking through this beautiful path,

You will find the river,

Silver waters flowing,

Fresh.

As you bring your feet into those waters,

Cleansing any emotional tensions,

Let it go.

Freeing yourself just for a little bit,

Allow those tensions to drift with the river.

So you walk lighter through this beautiful river of life and you find a beautiful magical waterfall,

Silver drops falling over you,

As if it was cleansing your soul.

As you enter this waterfall,

On the other side,

You will find a crystal cave,

A special cave,

Made of pure crystal quartz.

As you step inside this cave,

You can feel the energy of those crystals penetrating your body,

Every part of your body,

Every cell of your body,

Every organ of your body is now healing,

Restoring,

Rejuvenating.

You can look at your surroundings,

The walls,

The floor,

Everything crystal,

Shining,

Sparkling,

Shimmering.

Going deep into this cave,

You find steps going down,

Down deeper.

You take the first step down into a red,

Ruby,

Ruby red cave.

All your surroundings,

All around you is shining with that red color.

As you absorb the benefits of the ruby red grounding,

The blood,

Purifying the blood circulation,

You connect with earth element and the sensorial feeling of smell.

You feel safe,

Grounded,

Secure.

You know it,

You feel it and it feels wonderful.

You feel your body,

The pulsation,

Your heartbeat.

You know your space and thus earth and thus body and thus life.

As you continue walking deeper,

You find another step and as you step down,

Another cave within a cave.

Orange,

Cornelian,

Shimmering,

Shining,

Orange color all around you.

Cornelian crystals.

You can hear the sounds of water.

You feel joy,

A pleasant feeling,

A sensorial feeling of taste.

You feel the taste in your mouth,

The saliva.

You find balance between opposite polarities and you know you can balance work and play.

You can connect with your sensuality and sexuality.

And in this cave you can heal any past relationships that at some point in time took your joy away.

You know you deserve to receive and to give pleasure,

Joy,

Playfulness.

If any names or any person come to mind,

You say thanks,

Thank you,

Please forgive me,

I am sorry,

I love you.

You heal your relationships with family,

With friends,

With past lovers.

And walking deeper and deeper through this cave,

You find another step down.

A cave within a cave.

And as you step down,

Yellow citrine.

Citrine walls and roof and floor.

Beautiful yellow gemstones,

Shimmering,

Shining all around.

And as you step down into this yellow cave,

You find your power,

You find your strength.

Even with your eyes closed you can see the beyond.

You have a direction and you find the strength and willpower to realize,

To materialize your intentions,

Your dreams.

You know how powerful you are,

You feel it,

You know it.

As you enjoy the yellow light of this cave,

You begin to remember any past relationships related to authorities,

Father,

Mother,

Teachers,

Boss or romantic partners that at some point in time took your power away.

And now it's time to claim your power back.

You know who you are,

You know your strength.

You say thank you,

Please forgive me,

I'm sorry,

I love you,

Thank you.

Now I can see what took that power away and I'm claiming my power back in this yellow citrine cave.

I'm strong in my center,

I can digest my food to create the fire that ignites the forward movement.

I am ready now to see and to walk towards my goal.

I walk down,

One more step,

Another cave,

A green jade,

Green jade cave,

Shining,

Shimmering,

Sparkling light.

I breathe deeper and I cleanse my lungs and my heart.

I love myself,

I know who I am,

I honor that constant heartbeat that rules time.

It's time to connect with my feelings and emotions.

I take another deep breath and I cleanse my heart space.

I have a feeling of the air touching my skin.

Gentle breeze and with my hands I can touch the walls of the green jade cave,

Energizing my hands and arms and heart and lungs.

I recognize the healing powers in my hands,

In my heart that comes from that unconditional love from someone that have learned to love thyself.

I love myself and I'm open to feel the feelings that make me human.

I open myself to practice and to discover the unconditional love that I am.

As I look around in this green cave,

I can see faces of people that taught me how to love,

How to feel compassion,

Gentleness,

Patience and I honor them.

And if I allow myself to rest even deeper into the green cave,

I can see the faces of all the loved ones,

Of past,

Present and future.

And if I look closer into their eyes,

I can see my own reflection.

I realize the unity between us all.

I feel whole,

Balanced and complete.

So I keep walking down one more step and I enter a blue turquoise cave.

All around me is shining with turquoise,

With sprinkles of sapphire,

Beautiful deep blues and lighter version of blues that reminds me of the sky,

The ethers.

In this cave,

I can hear celestial sounds and the echo of my own frequency vibration,

An infinite OM,

The oceanic sound of creation.

Within that one sound,

One song,

The universe,

I can hear the echo of my own signature,

The music,

The celestial music,

The echoes of my soul.

And as I breathe in and out,

In and out,

I can hear the mantra of my breath.

With each breath,

With each sound manifesting the non-manifested,

I bring into life,

Into matter,

My ideas,

My desires.

And through the power of my own voice,

I create.

I am.

I learn how to love my own sound and all the sounds around me.

I am ready to let go of any past relationships that at any point took my voice away.

And I claim that power back,

The power of my own sound,

Of my own voice.

I say thanks.

As I rise in love,

As I merge with that universal sound,

I continue walking to find one more cave within the cave.

One more step down and suddenly,

Purple light shines all around in this amethyst cave.

Beautiful,

Shining,

Sparkling amethyst with a purple light.

I open my inner vision to see the beyond.

All is light.

I can envision my future.

I connect with the deepest desire of my soul to fulfill my life mission.

I know why I came.

I know why I am here.

I am living my dharma and I can share my light.

I can remember where do I come from and why I came.

I can feel my whole being shining amethyst purple light,

Connecting with the mystic side of myself.

I find wisdom,

Clarity,

Understanding.

I can discern what is real and eternal and what is unreal,

An illusion,

Transient.

I tap into the infinite self of all possibilities.

I am free and I can use the gift of free will to choose a path to go,

A path to choose where to go and when to stay.

I dive deeper and I take one more step down to find the brightest light,

The diamond light of my being,

The diamond cave,

The highest of the highest frequency.

I connect with my guides,

My higher self.

In this cave I sit in the core of mother earth.

Her heartbeat,

My heartbeat.

Her earth,

My body.

Her waters,

My blood.

Her fire,

My soul.

Air and ethers I dissolve and into the light I am,

One with the divine.

I recognize the divinity of my being and as I sit in this deep cave,

I can think about any question I like to ask my higher self and I listen to the answers.

What is that that I need to know?

What is that that I need to know now?

And I ask my guides to show me a time and a place where there is important information for me.

An important message.

Where is this place?

I look at my surroundings.

What does this place mean?

What is the message behind this image?

And to my angels and guides I say thanks.

Now I know.

Now I'm clear.

Now I see.

Now I hear.

Now I feel.

Now I move.

Now I sense.

And now I am.

So I begin my ascent and out from the diamond cave.

Up and out from the amethyst cave.

Up and out from the turquoise sapphire cave.

Up and out from the green jade cave.

One more step and out from the citrine yellow cave.

One more step up and out from the orange cornelian cave.

And one more step up and I'm back into the red ruby cave.

I say thanks to the womb of creation.

And I'm ready to step out of the cave and into the world without forgetting all the healing,

The messages,

The lessons.

So like a baby I crawl out from the red cave into that beautiful path in nature.

Into the beautiful waterfall.

I step into the river.

Walking the same path I step the dry leaves and I say thanks to the trees,

The flowers.

I can hear the birds singing.

I feel calm and serene,

Relaxed and energized.

And I'm ready to gently and slow dress my body again.

I feel my soul descending back into my body as I connect once again with my breath.

In and out.

Up and down.

I breathe.

I am.

I can squeeze my eyes tight.

I can feel the muscles working and the blood running through my veins.

I am ready to slowly move my hands and my arms.

Stretching gently.

And I take three deep breaths here before I open my eyes to continue with my day.

I am ready to bring my hands together in front of my heart and to that place within which is always peaceful,

Blissful,

Wise.

To the cave within the cave within the cave.

Into the depth of my being.

I bow my head in deep gratitude and thanks.
