Have you ever felt lonely? Have you ever felt you wanted to go home, Yet you didn't know where home is? Have you ever searched for love outside yourself? Take a deep breath and allow me to take into a journey where light and love is all there is. Breathe and relax your body. Imagine a beautiful white cloud that passes through your feet and relaxes the feet. This is a special white cloud, It's an energetic cloud, So it has the power to relax, So every part of your body becomes loose and limp. Inhale deeply and exhale fully allowing this white cloud to expand through your ankles, Shins and knees. Breathing and now this cloud is passing through your thighs, Hips, Pelvis, Lower back, Sacrum. Deep inhale, Full exhale, Relaxing your belly. There's an ojazzy cloud that's relaxing the ribs, Shoulders, Arms, Elbows, Forearms, Wrists, Hands and fingers. As you continue inhaling and exhaling, There's an ojazzy cloud that's relaxing your neck, The front of the neck, The back of your neck, The whole back of the body, The jaw. Do not close your mouth tightly but relax your mouth, Cheeks, Lips, Nose. Relax your eyelid, The space between your brows, Your ears, Forehead, The whole face, The whole head, The whole body, The whole face, The whole body, The whole body relaxing with this beautiful, Comfortable, An ojazzy cloud. So your whole body is so relaxed that even if you wanted to move your legs you wouldn't be able to. So relaxed, So heavy. And now that your body is so relaxed and heavy, Allow your mind to become lighter and lighter and is detaching from yourself. This consciousness is floating and drifting through time and space, Higher and higher. And you can continue flying even higher to see your whole body and this place where you are. Let this image fade away. As you bring to your mind now, An image, Imagine, Visualize that you're walking in a beautiful field with green grass and it's a field of yellow flowers. You're walking barefoot as you feel her embrace, Soft and gentle and fresh. You can lightly place your hands through the flowers as you walk, Feeling the touch, The soft touch of the petals. It's a beautiful yellow light. And as you walk, You can place your hands through the petals of the flowers, Gently caressing the flowers. Beautiful yellow. And as you look at the horizon, You can see the golden light of the sun reflecting in this yellow flower field. So everything is shining with this beautiful yellow light. And every step you take, You feel more and more at peace, At ease. And it's a wonderful feeling. And the deeper you can relax, The better you feel. And the better you feel, The longer you can travel towards the light. Coming closer and closer to the light of the sunset. So everything will become bathed into that beautiful golden light. You can look at your arms, Your hands, And you can see yourself shining with that yellow light. This yellow light, It's a guide that will take you into a fantastic, Wonderful place beyond the flower field. Allow this golden light to guide you now to this wonderful, Beautiful place. Your beautiful place. As the sun guides you to fly and drift and drift and float through time and space, You'll find yourself into this beautiful, Peaceful place. And in that beautiful, Peaceful place in your mind's eye, Your guide will appear in front of you. We know that our guides doesn't have a shape or form, But it can appear to us in a shape or form so we can identify with them. Allow your guide to come to you now. Look at your guide, How he or she want to appear to you today. In what shape, In what form? How do you feel in presence of your guide? How do you feel in the presence of your guide? Can you trust? If so, He can allow your guide to take you to a place within yourself where you feel happy, Where you feel content, Where you feel whole. Ask your guide to take you to a time and place in this lifetime or a lifetime beyond this one where you felt whole, Complete and fulfilled. Any time, Any place in this lifetime or another where you felt whole, Complete, Where you felt so much love that was almost overwhelming. You can feel now this love and it's so beautiful and it's so magical that brings up emotions that you have long time forgotten. Allow yourself to be there again in that time and place where you felt so much love, So much joy that maybe you're even crying, Overwhelmed with that beautiful love and light. And this beautiful love and light is now filling every part of your being and it's rewiring different areas of your brain so you can always go back there to that feeling of undying love. Every cell of your body, Every organ of your body get charged with that light, With that love because a body in love cannot feel ill and this love is expanding beyond your physical body and is now healing any past emotions, Emotional trauma that might be affecting your mind, Your thoughts and your behaviors or the other way around. This light and love is embracing yourself. Feel, Experience yourself being embraced by unconditional love from the source, From the divine. So now you are one with source, With the divine and you're finally at home. You have finally found the home within yourself, Within your heart. No more longing, No more searching, No more waiting. You're one, You have merged and you have become that one light, One love and your whole complete. Allow yourself to experience that feeling for a little longer. So now you will always remember how it feels to be one with source. And as you remember and this memory getting printed in every cell of your body, Every part of your mind, You know you can always go back there and you know that you're never alone. So you can let go of that light and you can begin your descent. So you can say thanks to your masters and guides for them to have taken you there and you can begin your descent back to that flower field, The yellow flowers, The sun setting. And once again you see yourself walking through the field, Karassing the flowers with your hand, Watching the birds and the butterflies, Stepping barefoot, Honoring Earth. You received the call to experience Earth so you detached from the one from the source. And now you're back to Earth. You're back to your body in deep gratitude and reverence for the opportunity to embody that unconditional love from the source into this physicality, Into this life, Into your being. So when you share that love, You know that you're complete and you're whole and you're a vessel to receive and give that lifestyle love. Drifting and floating back to see the place where you are and your body lying on the floor. Little by little integrating, Coming back to your body. So your soul and your body become one again, Merged. So you can feel your breath, The breath of life that allows the body to move. You can move your fingers and your toes, Your hands, Legs and arms, But you won't forget the feeling of completeness, The feeling of wholeness that you are. And you'll always carry that love with you. And your being will radiate that light, That frequency of love to everyone around you. Slowly and gently integrating and coming back in full awareness of this time and place. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
