Take a slow,

Deep breath in and exhale.

Gently bring your attention inward.

Ask softly,

Which parts of me are present right now?

Notice any thoughts,

Feelings,

Or sensations.

You may sense a part that's excited to create or one that feels unsure or blocked.

Simply acknowledge them.

Say,

I see you.

Thank you for being here.

Now ask,

Can I invite some space for creativity?

Let any protective parts know they're safe to rest.

Breathe in curiosity.

Breathe out judgment.

Feel yourself centered,

Calm,

And open.

When you're ready,

Begin creating.

Self-energy is here.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in and exhale.
