Now bring awareness to the room around you.
Notice three things you can see.
Notice two things you can touch or feel against your body.
Notice one sound you can hear right now.
Let these sensations remind you that you are here,
Now,
Safe in this space.
Bring attention inward.
Slowly scan your body from head to toe.
No judgment.
Just notice.
Where do you feel tension?
Where do you feel calm?
Can you find one place that feels neutral or okay?
Rest your attention there for a moment.
Bring your attention to your hands.
Wiggle your fingers gently.
These hands will help express something inside of you.
