Welcome to your sixth chakra guided meditation.
I'm so happy you chose to be with me today.
And I want to invite you to get into a comfortable position,
Whether that's sitting or lying down on your mat,
Coming into the body with the breath,
Noticing and tuning in your awareness,
Following the inhale and exhale.
When you're ready,
I want you to begin to focus your intention,
Your focus of your breath on the spot in the middle of your forehead between your eyebrows.
Here we find our inner eye,
Our third eye,
The sixth chakra.
It is the energetic center of our intuition,
Your inner knowing,
Recognition,
Imagination,
Perception,
And your ability to dream.
It is the energy of consciousness and the energy of self-trust.
It has the color of deep indigo.
If you want to visualize it radiating from the area in the center of your forehead,
Or maybe just simply surrounding you,
Bringing with it a deep sense of comfort,
Of trust,
Of knowing.
Your sixth chakra is aligned,
Connected to your wisdom.
In dream,
Trust in your judgment.
You feel connected to and an ability to trust in your highest self.
You embody self-awareness with our sixth chakra and turn on our mind.
Your nostril breathing feels good to you and your body.
Let's take our right hand and gently hold in our pinky middle and ring finger so that we are left just with the right thumb and the right index finger,
Bringing them to your nose.
With your inhale,
Use the thumb to gently press close your right nostril.
And then as you exhale,
Use the index finger to gently close the left nostril as you breathe out.
Alternating as we inhale,
Close the right nostril with the thumb.
Exhale,
Use the index finger to close the left nostril.
Breathe through alternate nostril.
Continue to connect inward.
Have our focus on our inner.
You can relax your hand down and return to your normal breath.
I'm going to share with you some affirmations.
And if you want to just listen to my voice,
I invite you to speak them out loud.
I hope you can really solidify them.
I'm connected to my higher power.
Trust in the wisdom of my body.
I'm open to and communicating with my higher self at all times.
I open myself to new energy and experiences.
I live in alignment with my most authentic self.
I trust my own judgment.
Everything is always working out in my favor.
I can aim and do.
Trust the process.
I'm on the right path.
Take a few breaths together.
I want to invite you to either bring your hands into prayer position and gently rest your thumb on the center of your forehead as you continue to breathe.
Or if you want to do a little bit of tapping tonight,
Your index and your middle finger on your right hand and gently tap in the center of your forehead,
Continuing to focus on your breath,
Breathing through the affirmations or simply allowing yourself to be open to any messages that come through in your body.
Relax your hands back down.
Take a final few breaths through your third eye,
Coming back to that deep indigo energy and sense of trust,
Sense of knowing,
And sense of comfort.
