Comfortable place where you can sit or lie down without interruptions.
Ensure your body is relaxed and supported,
Allowing you to fully focus on your inner experience.
Close your eyes and take several deep breaths,
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth.
As you breathe,
Allow your body to relax more deeply and let your mind settle into the present moment.
Bring your awareness to the space between your eyebrows where your third eye chakra is located.
Visualize a deep indigo blue energy center in this area,
Like a radiant orb of light.
Imagine this indigo light expanding with each breath,
Growing brighter and more vibrant.
See it as a glowing star representing your inner wisdom and intuitive abilities.
As you focus on your third eye chakra,
Tune into any physical sensations or emotions that may arise in your forehead,
Eyes,
Or surrounding areas.
Notice if there is any tension,
Discomfort,
Or blocked energy.
Acknowledge these sensations without judgment,
Recognizing that they are part of your journey toward greater intuition and insight.
As you breathe deeply,
Invite yourself to release any blockages or doubts that may be affecting your third eye chakra.
Allow yourself to open up to the flow of inner wisdom and clear vision.
As you inhale deeply,
Visualize a stream of indigo blue light flowing into your forehead directly into your third eye chakra.
Imagine this indigo light filling your entire forehead area,
Soothing and clearing any blockages.
As you exhale,
Visualize any negative or stagnant energy leaving your body as dark smoke.
Continue this process of breathing in indigo light and exhaling negativity until you feel your third eye chakra glowing with pure,
Balanced energy.
Now imagine yourself standing in a peaceful,
Quiet place in nature,
Perhaps a serene mountaintop at sunrise,
A tranquil forest clearing,
Or a calm beach at dawn.
Visualize yourself gazing out into the distance where the horizon meets the sky.
As you look,
See the indigo light of your third eye chakra expanding outward,
Connecting you to the vast universe and the infinite possibilities it holds.
Feel yourself receiving insights,
Visions,
And guidance from this connection as if the answers to your deepest questions are being revealed to you with clarity and ease.
Allow yourself to be open to whatever comes to you,
Trusting that your inner wisdom is guiding you on your path.
Take a moment to focus on your connection to your intuition.
Place your hand over your forehead or the space between your eyebrows and feel the warmth and energy beneath your palm.
As you breathe,
Silently or out loud,
Express gratitude for your intuitive abilities,
Your inner vision,
And your connection to your higher self.
Allow this feeling of gratitude to expand within you,
Filling your entire being with a deep sense of clarity and confidence in your inner guidance.
As you focus on your third eye chakra,
Repeat the following affirmations silently or out loud.
I trust my intuition and inner wisdom to guide me toward clarity and truth.
I see clearly with my inner vision and understand the deeper truths of life.
I am open to the insights and guidance that come from within.
My mind is calm,
Clear,
And receptive to the flow of universal wisdom.
I honor the knowledge within me and trust my ability to make decisions aligned with my highest good.
Begin to bring your awareness back to your breath,
Feeling the steady rise and fall of your chest and belly.
As you breathe,
Visualize the integral light of your third eye chakra grounding into your entire being,
Integrating the healing and balancing work you've done.
Feel your third eye chakra spinning smoothly and steadily clockwise,
Radiating clear,
Intuitive energy throughout your entire body.
Allow this balanced energy to become part of your daily life,
Enhancing your intuition,
Insight and connection to your inner wisdom.
Gradually start to bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Slowly wiggle your fingers and toes,
Bringing movement back into your body.
When you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
You have now balanced your third eye chakra,

And deeper truths.
