If you haven't done so already,
Please close down your eyes.
Close down your eyes and get comfortable in your seated position.
Straighten your spine.
Go through all the little steps.
Straighten your spine.
Relax your face,
Relax your jaw.
Soften the space around your aries.
See if you can visualize each of your vertebrae running down your spine.
Check in.
Like LEGO,
Make sure that they're all.
Straight.
Pull your shoulders back a little bit and let them drop down away from your ears.
And then start to take some long,
Slow,
Deep breaths.
Wherever you're at with your life.
Imagine that you kind of just walk through a door and you close the door and now you're in this peaceful space.
Start to play with the idea of this.
Create an inner world sanctuary.
So for you,
What would that look like?
Create the walls.
Create the space that you're sat on.
Look around the space.
How would it be decorated in your mind so that it was a peaceful,
Safe place?
Spiritual,
Magical place for you inside of your mind.
And in this space,
Everything on the outside world.
Cannot affect you.
It's like time.
Exist in this little room.
In this little space.
Maybe when you walk through your door,
You find yourself.
Actually outside in nature.
Or maybe it is a room.
Let your mind give you what it is that you desire.
There's no rules,
No.
.
.
Steadfast rules.
Maybe,
Like me,
You imagine that you're sat by the lake.
And it's still and the water is clear and calm.
Start to make your visualisation rich.
What does it smell like in your space?
What does the air around you feel like?
On your skin.
In your space.
Let yourself know that you're carving out a part of your mind that is your divine temple.
So when you go in to meditate,
Even if you don't have any clue,
Or any idea of what it is that you want to obtain during your meditation.
Say you just want to be.
Let yourself build this space for you,
Just for you.
And when you imagine yourself and all of the details are set,
Maybe there's more and more little details that turn up the more you come here.
For now,
Just imagine that you're in this space.
And then you're closing down your alleys in this space.
And you're creating.
Stillness.
Your breath is slow.
But shallow.
And is soft.
Inside of your body.
On your next breath in.
Make sure that you take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath all the way down.
To as far down into your tummy as you can.
And then hold it.
Big full full full breath and then hold it on the foam.
Just connect to the expansion in your chest.
Connect to.
The space and expansion in your tummy.
Feel it in your body,
This openness.
With a full breath.
And then you can breathe it all out whenever you're ready.
Take a few regular,
Soft breaths.
Deep breaths.
And then again on this next inhale.
Fall.
The capacity,
Oh,
Zoya.
All the way full.
And then.
.
.
Slowly exhale all the way empty so you go from this full expansive feeling to really observing the constriction.
Squeeze it all the way out of your body.
Until you're empty.
And then go still with your breath.
If you need to take the tiniest sip of breath in through your nose,
Do that just so you feel as if you've got something in your body because that complete empty for some of us can create a sense of panic.
And if that's you,
Then allow yourself a little sip of breath.
So you're holding some small amount of air in there.
We're creating peace,
Not stress.
And breathe in whenever you feel the need.
I'm just right now having you manipulate your breath.
Bringing you into more of a centered focus.
There isn't anything else going on in the world,
Just you and your breath right now.
And then bring yourself back into that sweet,
Soft,
Slow.
Almost shallow breath.
That creates more stillness in your body.
So you get that feeling of complete stillness.
In your meditation space.
You can see things clearly.
A lot of the time things come metaphorically.
Metaphorically,
I'd like you to sense.
That your hands in front of you in this meditation seat.
Are bound together.
Maybe buy a soft tie.
Around.
Imagine that they're bound.
And it isn't necessarily something that feels tight and uncomfortable,
Just something that brings the hands together in preposition.
They're in front of you.
You can physically put your hands in prayer position there in front of you.
Just to feel the sensation,
The mudra.
The energy that this creates.
But to the outside you look bound.
Tied up.
Stuck.
Settle into the feeling of being bound.
Feel your body.
Is there an emotion that comes with?
Your hands being towed.
Maybe a feeling of enclosure or restlessness.
Just check in with your own reaction to imagining that your hands are tied there.
In front of you.
You're not completely free.
Completely mobile.
Allow yourself to feel what it feels like to be stuck.
And maybe what those feelings represent in the world outside of your home.
Divine safe space that you're in.
Allow yourself for a moment to connect this feeling to a feeling that's present in your life right now.
Situation or a thing or a feeling or a belief that makes you feel stuck like this.
Not completely free.
Don't let it come in like a big,
Giant tsunami.
Just let it come in like a soft wave.
Up the beach.
Acknowledging it.
Just seeing it.
And sit with that for a moment.
The recognition of it.
And then I want you to start to think like this.
A calling.
Calling to spirit,
Light,
God.
Your highest self.
Whoever it is that you sense that bigger presence outside of yourself that you know is there.
What do I have to do?
To be free of this.
And metaphorically in your mind you're seeing your hands.
Being free.
Not just yet,
But that's the idea.
Like,
How do I get out of this?
What do I need to do to be free of it?
Like myself.
Your light may be very logical.
You may get very Simple.
Logical.
Voice in your head that says,
Just let it go.
Your voice may be more complex.
And have more details.
But the message is the same.
Just let it go.
Like the dark night of the soul you're just holding on.
And holding on.
Holding on.
Allowing this feeling of being bound in a situation in a timeline that we could very easily change with the amount of power that we have inside of us.
We have the ability to change our timeline.
Change what our reality looks like.
And if you're feeling stuck.
And you're feeling bound.
First thing that you need to do is let go of the idea that you are stuck,
That you are bound.
Let it go.
What happened if you just took that belief that you want you weren't able to do anything about it.
What if you took that away?
What if you let in?
Some white.
Some hope.
What if you just breathed it in?
In your special sanctuary.
Beautiful divine place that you've created inside of your mind.
Your safe space.
What if you take the time to just come in here?
Whenever you need to feel.
Peace and hope.
And light.
Let it fall on you.
Let it be inside of you.
Let it wrap around you in your space.
Metaphorically.
And also physically.
Let your hands open up.
Let them rest on your legs.
Palms up to the ceiling,
Ready to receive.
Let yourself open to other possibilities.
Keep that shallow,
Soft,
Slow breath inside.
Make sure that your shoulders are relaxed.
Make sure you are chow.
Your mouth is slightly open so your teeth aren't grinding together.
Make sure that you're releasing that tightness wherever you can.
Even in this simple,
Physical,
What do you call it?
Maybe,
Like me,
You need a little bit more through the day.
What would you say to yourself when you're feeling down or up Hopeless,
Soft step.
Maybe you could use my I love me more.
And try.
Because when you love yourself more,
Then everything else eventually is going to get out of the way.
Think about what mantra would feel good for you to say inside of your mind.
Feeling like you're opening your eyes in your sacred meditation space.
So once again,
You can look around you in your mind and see your things,
The space,
This place.
I'd like you to stand up and walk towards the door and pay close attention to what the door looks like on the inside.
Open it up and look at what your door looks like on the outside so that you have an anchor.
Use this door as an anchor.
Into the space in your mind.
So you can walk through the doorway and close the door behind you on your space and turn round and have a really good look at the door.
So that you,
Whenever you close your eyes and you go into your meditation practice,
You can come to this door and you can open it up and be in your suite.
Sacred ice.
Divine place that you created in your mind.
So use the anchor.
Use the door.
To anchor this memory.
Taking all the details,
The color of the door,
The size of the door.
Remember it.
And then what I'd like you to do is open your physical eyes.
And come back into your regular space.
The walls,
The floor.
Whatever it is that you're sat on.
Your home,
Wherever you're at.
Remember that you have a space that you can go to and work through things in your mind.
And with that,
Allow yourself to feel just a little bit of gratitude.
Let your heart feel.
Smallest amount of hope.
For the situation.
And that might be all you need to have a really good day today.
Namaste,
My friends.
