Are you ready to meditate with Cori? Climb in your bed, Lie down and get comfortable. You're in for a very special treat this evening. The cats and the dogs wanted to speak with you personally regarding the holidays. That being said, I will step back, Get out of the way and let Heidi, Cherry, Veya, Tucker and Leo talk to you about the holidays. Hello. Yes, Yes, I know, I know, It's very exciting. I'm so excited. Right, Though, But listen, We got so much to talk about because we've agreed between us that we can talk to you one-on-one, Yes, One-on-one, Me and you, Just for a minute, But we have to take turns because these five of us and this video is going to go on forever and ever and ever and ever and it's going to be out there in the public and you are going to be listening to it. So I'm very excited because I got to go first because we pulled straws but I got first, I got first, Yippity, Yippity, Yippity, I got first and I'm excited. So, First of all, First of all, It's Christmas. It's Christmas for me. It might not be Christmas for you. It might be a different kind of holiday for you. It could be Kwanzaa for you. I've heard about Kwanzaa. It could be Kwanzaa. It could also be Hanukkah. I've heard of Hanukkah before and that's supposed to be a nice holiday too but for me it's very much Christmas. It's Christmas because we get presents and we celebrate family and we celebrate Christmas time. We don't necessarily celebrate Christmas from a very spiritual, Religious perspective because my mum says each to their own and everyone believes in something different and the main message about Christmas and all other religions and all other holidays is to be nice. That's what my mummy says. My mummy says be nice and be compassionate and enjoy everybody's differences. So that's what I try and do all the time because that's what mummy tells me to do. Okay, Okay, Okay. Anyway, So listen, Listen, Listen. My time with you is to be very personal. It's to talk. We're going to talk and I'm going to calm you down because for me it's Christmas eve and I'm so excited. I'm so excited. Aren't we, Leo? Leo said, Tugger, Just get on with it. Sorry, Sorry, Sorry, Sorry, Sorry. Anyway, Yeah, So get into your bed if you're not in your bed already and stop running around your bedroom right now. Get in your bed. Go on, Get in your bed. Right then. Now, I thought what I would do is just like relax you and make sure that you calm because Christmas eve is so exciting and you have to go to sleep because if you don't go to sleep Santa won't come. No, No he won't. Well, That's what we believe anyway. We believe if you're not going to sleep, Mummy says I won't get my presents in my stocking in the morning and I want to get my present because I think it's going to be a really nice, Nice eatable present and if it isn't I might try and eat it anyway. Yeah, Sure. Get in your bed and lay still and quiet and I'm going to help you to relax and let go. Relax, Relax, Relax. That's what I think. That's what I tell myself when I lay down and I'm excited and I want to go to sleep and I can't. I go relax and I say it over and over and over again. Cherry said, Is that it? Oh, Jay Tucker, Is that all you're going to say? Tucker said, It's my turn, Cherry. You be quiet. Yes, That's all I'm going to say because it's the most important dictionary word when you're trying to relax. Relax. See, It's working. Look at him. Look at everybody. They're sleepy already. Relax, Relax, Relax, Relax. Anyway, Yes, That's what I think. So, If you could do that please right now, That would be very, Very helpful and also I hope you have a very, Very, Very nice holiday, Whatever it is that you're celebrating and remember, Remember to be nice because everybody is different and everybody celebrates different things. So, You have to be nice, You know, You have to be nice about being different. So, If somebody celebrates Kwanzaa and you don't and you don't know what Kwanzaa is, Maybe take some time to look up Kwanzaa and then understand somebody else's point of view or if you're not religious and maybe you don't follow a religious practice, Maybe be nice for those people that do because they do and they feel like it's important to them, Right? It's going to repeat and repeat and repeat and then soon, You'll get back to my turn and you'll be listening to me all over again and if you're picking your nose at that point, You'll already know not to pick your nose because in a minute, I'm going to say, Don't pick your nose. Yeah, You. You on the bed with the flowers on the bedding or you on the bed with like the blue bed sheets. Yeah, You with the blue bed sheets. I'm talking to you. Stop picking your nose and stop scratching your ears. Anyway, Yeah. No, I'm going to put it on repeat because we've all agreed, Right, That this particular story, Meditation, Whatever you want to call it or just a personal message. I think that's even better. A Christmas message from us. I think that we should just play it on repeat. So, I'm going to make sure that we do. I'm not excited one little bit. I only changed my undies three times because I peed myself so much because I'm so excited but no, No, No, No, No, Not really. I'm not, I'm not because I'm cool. Cherry's cool. Cherry doesn't get overly excited. No, OMG, No I don't. I just stay calm because I'm used to being excited. I'm used to doing excitable things. I'm used to, Like, Diving out to aeroplanes and, Like, Surfing with, Like, Really cool surf dudes and, Like, Being bit on the bum by a crab one time and it really hurt, Guys. It hurt so much. Anyway, Yeah, No, Get back to my turn. What was I saying? Relax, Right? You have to relax. OMG, Relax and I'm not going to do what Tucker did. Just say, Relax, Like a, Like a wally, Like he is. No, I'm not going to do that. I'm just going to say, It's time to stop messing around now, Guys. It's time and if you're out of your bed, Yeah, You over there with the blonde hair, Get back in bed right now otherwise I'll give you such a, Yeah, Yeah, Get in bed right now. That's what my mum would say. My mum would say, You, Get your little tush in bed right now otherwise Santa's not coming and I'll go, OMG, I were in bed. Right, So, OMG, Get in bed. Stop moving. Close your eyes right now. Close them. Close your eyes right now. Right now. Don't peek. I can see you peeking. I can see you peeking. You want that one? You, Yeah, You with the cute little nose. Stop peeking. Close your eyes completely. See, It works. You're relaxed now, Aren't you? Not excited at all about Christmas tomorrow? No, No, OMG. I'm so smart. I am so smart. I'm so clever. It's been such a long time. Well, Actually, I don't think I've ever done this but I wanted to ask you a really important question. How many books did you read in 2023, This last year? How many books? It's going to be 2024. So, If you're listening to this at another time, It's going to be 2024 in like a week because it's Christmas Eve and then in a week, It'll be New Year's Eve and then, You know, It'll be 2024 and me personally, I have read 30 books. 30 books. I've read fiction. I've read non-fiction. I've read, Oh, What have I read? I've read so many books. I've read some romantic books that were really, Really good. I've read, Oh, Self-help books. I actually learned how to meditate while you walk. So much fun, Guys. You just walk. You can walk on your garden. You can, Like, Walk at the park. You can walk with your mum and dad. You can walk anywhere and you just walk, Right? And as you walk, You take deep breaths and you maybe count your steps. Counting your steps is very calming. Anyway, Not to get sidetracked but, Yes, So I learned to meditate while I walk. I also learned to cook eggs. Yes, I can actually do scrambled eggs now and that was from a book. That was a cookery book. It was very, Very full of lots of recipes. Can you make your own scrambled eggs? Because if you can, I'm impressed. Can you make toast? Because that's a good place to start. Make a piece of toast. Make sure that your mum or your dad or your guardian or your granny or your big brother or your big sister or whoever it is that can supervise you. Make sure that they're watching you while you learn to cook. Because I actually burnt my first piece of toast. Don't tell anyone. Said Cherry. Anyway, Seriously, Make sure that you're not alone. Then it's not dangerous. But, Yes, You should be able to make yourself a piece of toast, I would say, With supervision and then you'll feel very old, Very mature, Very independent. And that's how I felt when I made my piece of toast. And then when I learnt to make scrambled eggs, I was like, Oh, Heidi, There's no stopping you. So yeah, That was from my cookbook. I also learnt to make bracelets. I made like friendship bracelets. That was from a book. I also, Also learnt to skateboard. Not very well. I fell down too much and didn't finish that book. But totally 30 bucks. 30 bucks. My point is, My friend, If you read books, You learn a lot. And sometimes when you're in school, You don't want to read a book because school tells you the book you're supposed to read. And I don't think that that's right. I think you should be able to choose your book. Oh, Actually, You can, Can't you? That's why we have a library. Silly me. Yes. So choose a book that you want to read, A book that's interesting to you. Take your time. Don't rush. Don't worry about the big words because if you can't read one, Corrie does this all the time. She just sounds it out. She sounds it out 10 million times. And then if she can't even get it like that, What she does is she goes to the computer and she taps it into Google and then she says pronounce and then it tells her how you say it. And that's awesome. And Corrie is very old. Don't tell Corrie that. But yes, She is. And she still does that. So there's no shame in not being able to read a certain word. So if you get a book and you stumble across a word that you don't know, Ask someone that might know. And if not, Look on your computer and say pronounce. Anyway, It's Christmas. I'm getting sidetracked. Stop moving around. Lay down in bed. And please relax. I know it's exciting. I know tomorrow is going to be Christmas Day. I know you might have got presents. And I know you might have bought presents for people. And you're very excited about those people opening their presents. I know all of it is very, Very exciting. But you have to chill out. Like Cherry says, Take a deep breath. OMG. Relax. Heidi. Cherry said, OMG, You did like it, Didn't you? I knew you liked it because I'm so smart. I thought of that myself. That's my like meditation tool. Yeah. So there, Heidi said, It's very good. Anyway, It's my turn. So be quiet. Yes, Everyone, Please just relax. It's almost Christmas. Leo said, Time's up. It's my turn. Leo sat down in front of the microphone. Right. So, Well, Not quite sure what to say. I'll just side note. I'll let you know. I already have hives. It's not that I'm really excited about Christmas. But I am very excited about Christmas because, Like Tucker said, Mum always gets us a stocking with a present in it. And I'm really excited about what's going to be in that present this year. Because I do like a good dog treat. I like the ones that you can put peanut butter in. They are my favourite. And it happens to be a very important fact. I am not allergic to peanut butter. But maybe some of you are. Maybe you are. Are you allergic to peanut butter? Anyway, I'm not. And I like that. That's my favourite. Peanut butter is probably my most favourite treat. And it doesn't bring me out in hives. But I already have hives before, Before tomorrow, Because I'm so excited. I'm so excited. But my job right now is to make you not excited. So that's what we're going to do right now. So if you can make sure that you're in your bed. And like Cherry said, If you're listening to my turn again, It's time to relax. Stop messing around. Get in your bed. I'm so excited. But it's not about being excited. I'm going to stop talking about being excited because when I talk about being excited, I get itchy again. Leo, Close your eyes. If you can imagine me in your mind, I look just like a snow princess. I put on some pink blusher and I'm wearing a bright red lippy stick. So I bet you look super cute too. I bet you look just as cute as me. Maybe you're wearing your Christmas pajamas. Or maybe you'll be opening Christmas pajamas tomorrow. Who knows? But what I would like to say is Merry Christmas and a happy, Happy, Happy new year soon. And happy Christmas Eve. Yes. And that being said, Let's get into a nice laying down position. Please, If you've been up peeing again, Get into bed. Stop bugging your mom and dad or whoever it is that you're bugging about tomorrow. Because my mom said if I don't sleep until six o'clock in the morning, Then I can't get out to bed for Christmas. Cherry said, OMG she did say that. So I have to be still asleep by 6am. You can walk on your garden. You can walk at the park. You can walk with your mum and dad. You can walk anywhere. And you just walk, Right? And as you walk, You take deep breaths and you maybe count your steps. Counting your steps is very calming. Anyway, Not to get sidetracked, But yes, So I learned to meditate while I walk. I also learned to cook eggs. Yes, I can actually do scrambled eggs now. And that was from a book. That was a cookery book. It was very, Very full of lots of recipes. Can you make your own scrambled eggs? Because if you can, I'm impressed. Can you make toast? Because that's a good place to start. Make a piece of toast. Make sure that your mum or your dad or your guardian or your granny or your big brother or your big sister or whoever it is that can supervise you. Make sure that they're watching you while you learn to cook. Because I actually burnt my first piece of toast. Don't tell anyone. Said Cherry. Anyway, Seriously, Make sure that you're not alone. Then it's not dangerous. But yes, You should be able to make yourself a piece of toast, I would say, With supervision. And then you'll feel very old, Very mature, Very independent. And sometimes when you're in school, You don't want to read a book because school tells you the book you're supposed to read. And I don't think that that's right. So choose a book that you want to read, A book that's interesting to you. Take your time. Don't rush. Don't worry about the big words because if you can't read one, Corrie does this all the time. You can walk on your garden. You can walk at the park. You can walk with your mum and dad. You can walk anywhere. And you just walk, Right? And as you walk, You take deep breaths. And you maybe count your steps. Counting your steps is very calming. Anyway, Not to get sidetracked, But yes, So I learned to meditate while I walk. I also learned to cook eggs. Yes, I can actually do scrambled eggs now. And that was from a book. That was a cookery book. It was very, Very full of lots of recipes. Can you make your own scrambled eggs? Because if you can, I'm impressed. Can you make toast? Because that's a good place to start. Make a piece of toast. Make sure that your mum or your dad or your guardian or your granny or your big brother or your big sister or whoever it is that can supervise you. Make sure that they're watching you while you learn to cook. Curse. I actually burnt my first piece of toast. Don't tell anyone. Said Cherry. Anyway, Seriously, Make sure that you're not alone. Then it's not dangerous. But yes, You should be able to make yourself a piece of toast, I would say, With supervision. And then you'll feel very old, Very mature, Very independent. And that's how I felt when I made my piece of toast. And then when I learned to make scrambled eggs, I was like, Oh, Heidi, There's no stopping you. So yeah, That was from my cookbook. I also learned to make bracelets. I made like friendship bracelets. That was from a book. I also, Also learned to skateboard. Not very well. I fell down too much and didn't finish that book. But totally 30 bucks. 30 bucks. My point is, My friend, If you read books, You learn a lot. And sometimes when you're in school, You don't want to read a book because school tells you the book you're supposed to read. And I don't think that that's right. A book that's interesting to you. Take your time. Don't rush. Don't worry about the big words. Because if you can't read one, Corrie does this all the time. She just sounds it out. So there's no shame in not being able to read a certain word. So if you get a book and you stumble across a word that you don't know, Ask someone that might know. And then, You know, It'll be 2024. And me personally, I have read 30 books, 30 books. I've read fiction. I've read nonfiction. I've read, Oh, What have I read? I've read so many books. I've read some romantic books that were really, Really good. I've read, Oh, Self-help books. I actually learned how to meditate while you walk. So much fun, Guys. You just walk. You can walk on your garden. You can walk at the park. You can walk with your mom and dad. You can walk anywhere. And you just walk, Right? And as you walk, You take deep breaths and you maybe count your steps. Counting your steps is very calming. Anyway, Not to get sidetracked, But yes, So I learned to meditate while I walk. I also learned to cook eggs. Yes, I can actually do scrambled eggs now. And that was from a book. That was a cookery book. It was very, Very full of lots of recipes. Can you make your own scrambled eggs? Because if you can, I'm impressed. Can you make toast? Because that's a good place to start. Make a piece of toast. Make sure that your mom or your dad or your guardian or your granny or your big brother or your big sister or whoever it is that can supervise you. Make sure that they're watching you while you learn to cook. Because I actually burnt my first piece of toast. Don't tell anyone. Said Cherry. Anyway, Seriously, Make sure that you're not alone. Then it's not dangerous. But yes, You should be able to make yourself a piece of toast, I would say, With supervision. And then you'll feel very old, Very mature, Very independent. And that's how I felt when I made my piece of toast. And then when I learned to make scrambled eggs, I was like, Oh, Heidi, There's no stopping you. So yeah, That was from my cookbook. I also learned to make bracelets. I made like friendship bracelets. That was from a book. I also, Also learned to skateboard. Not very well. I fell down too much and didn't finish that book. But totally 30 bucks. 30 bucks. My point is, My friend, If you read books, You learn a lot. And sometimes when you're in school, You don't want to read a book because school tells you the book you're supposed to read. And I don't think that that's right. I think you should be able to choose your book. Oh, Actually, You can, Can't you? That's why we have a library. Silly me. Yes. So choose a book that you want to read. A book that's interesting to you. Take your time. Don't rush. Don't worry about the big words because if you can't read one, Corrie does this all the time. She just sounds it out. She sounds it out 10 million times. And then if she can't even get it like that, What she does is she goes to the computer and she taps it into Google and then she says pronounce. And then it tells her how you say it. And that's awesome. And Corrie is very old. Don't tell Corrie that. But yes, She is. And she still does that. So there's no shame in not being able to read a certain word. So if you get a book and you stumble across a word that you don't know, Ask someone that might know. And if not, Look on your computer and say pronounce. Anyway, It's Christmas. I'm getting sidetracked. Stop moving around. Lay down in bed and please relax. I know it's exciting. I know tomorrow is going to be Christmas day. I know you might have got presents and I know you might have bought presents for people and you're very excited about those people opening their presents. It's not that I'm really excited about Christmas, But I am very excited about Christmas because, Like Tucker said, Mom always gets us a stocking with a present in it and I'm really excited about what's going to be in that present this year because I do like a good dog treat. I like the ones that you can put peanut butter in. They are my favorite and it happens to be a very important fact. I am not allergic to peanut butter, But maybe some of you are. Maybe you are. Are you allergic to peanut butter? Anyway, I'm not and I like that. That's my favorite. Peanut butter is probably my most favorite treat and it doesn't bring me out in hives, But I already have hives before tomorrow because I'm so excited. I'm so excited. But my job right now is to make you not excited. So that's what we're going to do right now. So if you can make sure that you're in your bed and like Cherry said, If you're listening to my turn again, It's time to relax. Stop messing around. If you can imagine me in your mind, I look just like a snow princess. I put on some pink blusher and I'm wearing a bright red lippy stick. So I bet you look super cute too.
