Let's meditate together.
This meditation is probably best if you lay down and get really comfortable.
Close off your eyes.
Start to slow your breathing down.
Setting a gentle intention.
This is time to meditate.
It's time to pull away from the rest of the world.
Go inside and take a journey.
With your eyes closed,
Start to check in with your body.
Just become aware of different sensations in different parts of your body.
Notice if there's any areas that feel tingly.
Any areas that feel heavy.
Maybe there is certain parts of your body that have aches or pains.
Just feel into where you're at right now in this moment.
Become an observer of what's going on inside of your physical body.
Lengthen your breath and start to make your breath count as you breathe in long and slow and deep.
Imagine your breath is bringing in relaxation.
Taking your breath into your face,
Your throat,
Your chest.
And as you exhale,
See that your exhales are releasing,
You're removing anything inside of your body that doesn't serve you.
So breathe in out any discomfort,
Any anxiety,
Any worries.
Breathe in in that sweet relaxation.
Using your mind's eye,
See your breath traveling down into your shoulders.
Flowing down through your arms.
See your breath coming down into your chest,
Your lungs,
Filling your torso.
Breathing out any tightness,
Any tension.
See if you can really relax your stomach.
Soften the muscles in your tummy.
Breathe deep down into your hips,
Your back,
Around the tops of your legs.
On your next exhale,
See if you can really surrender and drop your body into the surface beneath you.
Imagine that your bones are gently falling,
Your muscles,
Your body all softening and falling into the bed or the ground or the sofa,
Wherever you're at.
Start to let yourself have a mental attitude of surrendering into this process.
I openly surrender.
I willingly surrender and let go.
Take your focus down into your legs,
Your upper legs,
Your knees,
Calf muscles.
Imagine the relaxation traveling in your body through your breath.
It's going all the way down to the tips of your toes.
Every part of you surrendering to the stillness and the quiet inside.
And as your body,
Every single inch of your body,
From the top of your head all the way down to your toes,
As it completely relaxes and you start to feel that sensation of heavy,
Deep sinking.
At the same time,
Imagine that there's an aspect of you that's slowly rising,
Lifting,
Pulling upwards like two different aspects.
Your physical body is very still and heavy,
Comfortable and relaxed.
And then there's a light,
Energetical aspect of yourself rising up out of your body,
Feeling as if it's floating up away from the physical body down below.
And the aspect of you that's light finds itself walking towards what looks like a beautiful lake.
As you walk forward,
Getting closer to the lake,
You can feel the raw earth underneath your feet.
It's dusty and cool.
The earth is slightly soft.
It feels good as it softly gives way through your toes.
There's a clearing up ahead and you keep walking forward.
It's a cool day.
The sky is clear.
There's a gentle breeze blowing through and around your body.
Everything feels good.
It feels refreshing and cool on your skin.
You walk down the bank and put your toes in the water.
And as you look down,
You see that your toes light up as if your energetical body is having some kind of magical reaction to the energy,
The formula,
Everything about this lake that you just stepped into.
The two substances molding and shifting and moving and intertwining together is creating something very magical.
You instantly feel relief.
It feels as if the lake holds medicine.
Medicine created just for you.
It's healing can tell intuitively that this is good.
Step in deeper and it goes up over your ankles.
And all that you see through the water is just this brilliant bright light with a hint of blue.
Your whole body starting to be activated by the magic inside of the lake.
You step in and start walking forward.
And as you look down,
You watch your energetical body turning into this bright white blue light shimmering underneath the water.
It sends tingles and chills up your spine all the way into your brain and there's sparks and lights and there's something happening in your brain.
It feels magnetic.
It feels like a gentle current of electricity running through your entire body.
As if your nerve endings are being rewired,
Woken up,
Recreated into new form somehow.
Your cells feel like they're being charged,
Rushed with this vibrant life force energy that feels healing.
You can feel it tingling throughout your entire being.
Your fingertips feel like they're alive with thousands and thousands of little lights shining out of the tips.
Your hair feels like it's standing up on end.
All the tiny little hairs on your body are all erect and alive.
You lay back in the water and just let yourself float.
Your whole body illuminated,
Being healed.
You can feel it penetrating deep into every aspect of your body.
The light is running through your veins.
You can feel it buzzing inside of your muscles.
Just let yourself absorb it.
Let yourself accept it.
Whether you're being renewed,
Reborn,
Healed,
Recharged,
Whatever it is,
Let your entire body just pull in the energy from the river.
Draw it to you,
Inside of you,
Around you.
And as you do,
Your light shines brighter,
Stronger,
Even more brilliant,
Just below the surface of the river,
Of the lake.
Let the light shine in all of the corners.
Let the light shine through all the different parts of your mind.
Let the light travel through your memory,
Cleaning out,
Burning out anything that doesn't serve you.
Like you're receiving a full,
Full body wash,
Mind,
Body,
Everything internally,
Externally,
On the surface,
Below,
Is being cleansed and healed.
Let the light burst through your heart,
Cleaning out all the cobwebs.
Let the light shine through all the different parts of your mind.
The current of this light,
The magic of this lake,
Is going to stay inside you,
Rumbling,
Flowing through your being,
Seeing in your mind that you start to stand in the lake and walk towards the shore.
As you look down at your hands,
You lift them up and see that the light is not there visible to your eyes on all the parts of your body that are no longer in the lake.
Know that it's there inside of you,
Waiting for you to call forth the magic,
The healing,
The cleansing,
Whenever you need it,
Carrying it back with you as I count down from three to one,
Keeping your eyes closed for now,
Three,
Two,
One.
Open your eyes and find yourself back in your space,
Feeling good,
Feeling new,
Alive,
And healed.
