My name is Cori,

Let's meditate together.

If you could get into a comfortable seated position,

If it feels right for you,

You could also lay down,

That's totally fine.

You can be still in bed,

Doing your thing,

Relaxing,

Waking up,

Whatever you want to do.

If you haven't done so already,

Close down your eyes,

Soften the muscles in your face,

So relax the space around your eyes,

Relax your cheeks and your jaw,

Slowing down your breath.

Make sure that you're taking nice,

Long,

Slow,

Deep breaths.

Focus on your shoulders for me for a second and just pull your shoulders down away from your ears.

Start to breathe into your heart space for me,

So direct your breath,

Pull your breath in through your nose,

Pull it down through your throat,

Down into your chest,

And let it pull around your heart center,

Around your heart chakra,

And breathe out any tension,

Any stress,

Any tightness in your body.

Breathe in,

Imagine you're breathing in some relaxation,

Some good vibes,

Some good energy,

Breathe that in,

Pull it down into your heart space,

Allow it to start to open your heart space up.

Imagine that you have that lotus flower there in the middle of your chest,

Maybe it's an emerald green color to represent the chakra,

The heart chakra,

And every time you breathe in this good vibes and relaxation,

You're allowing that to fall onto your heart space flower,

Your lotus,

And it opens it up,

Starting to come out as if it's coming out for the sun.

And as you breathe out,

Just let your shoulders relax even more,

Let the top part of your body relax,

But keeping your spine nice and straight,

Bringing in that energy,

I think we all need it today,

Bring in that good vibe energy,

Pull it in to your heart space,

Let your heart space bloom,

Open,

Start to feel it as if it's raising your chest and your ribs just a little bit,

As if you're opening up to the environment around you,

Let your shoulders go back a little bit and your chest come out,

As if you're nice and proud,

You're open and ready to receive,

Allow that energy to start to spread down into your abdomen and up into your throat,

And while it's doing its magic,

We'll leave that in the background and in the forefront of our mind,

I'd like you to start to,

Even though you have your eyes closed,

Stare out into that space there in front of your mind,

A big wide open space,

It may just look black,

It may have shapes right now or colours,

But imagine that you're staring out into the cosmos,

You're staring out into the whole universe there in front of you,

We can go wherever we want,

Whichever dimension,

Whichever place,

Whichever reality,

In that space there in front of you,

Using your imagination,

Imagine that there's a staircase of 10 steps going down,

So in your mind,

Feel as if you're taking a couple of steps forward until you stop at the top of those 10 steps,

And as you look down the 10 steps,

Look down at your feet and notice if you're wearing any socks or shoes on your feet,

And if you are,

Take them off so that you're barefoot on that top step and you can feel what your staircase is made of today,

Let yourself feel it in your feet,

So whittle your toes and scrape your feet,

Rub your feet around on that top step and notice the texture of the step,

What's it made of,

What's it covered in,

Is it tile,

Is it carpeted,

Is it wooden,

Is it earth,

Is it grass,

Whatever it is,

Let it be,

But just feel it and associate with it underneath your feet so that you can ground into the experience and as you peer down your 10 steps,

Know that there's a door at the bottom of the 10 steps and I'll explain all about that door when we get down there,

But for now,

Starting with whichever foot feels right for you,

We're going to go down these 10 steps and as we go down them,

You'll notice that your body and your mind,

Everything relaxes into a deeper state of trance,

So it'll feel like you're just flowing down the steps,

You're feeling very at peace and very comfortable in your body,

Your heart space is nice and open,

Ready to receive.

So we're going to go down the steps now,

10,

9,

Feel the steps underneath your feet,

8,

7,

6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Take a couple of steps forward so that you're standing in front of your door and observe,

Sense,

Feel what it looks like today,

What does your door look like?

This door leads us into a very sacred,

Very high vibrational space.

When you go through the door in just a few moments,

You'll find yourself in a garden,

This garden only has beings of high vibration and love and light that come into this space,

All of the beings,

The guides,

The angels,

The animals,

All of them are here for a purpose and that is to help and guide you in a positive way,

So know that this is a very safe space to go.

But for now,

Just observe your door,

Notice what the door looks like,

What color is your door,

Does it have a door handle on the left or the right?

Does it have panels or windows?

What shape is it?

I'm going to count to three,

When I say one in just a few moments,

You can open the door,

When I say two,

You'll walk through the doorway and when I say three,

You can close this door behind you and find yourself in your sacred space,

Your very special,

High vibrational space.

Garden,

At the far end of the garden there is a bench and on that bench today will be one of your guides,

The guides can come in many different forms,

So they may come in the form of a deity,

A guide,

An angel,

A friend who you know,

An animal,

So keep your heart,

Space and your mind wide open for whoever it is that needs to come and see you today.

We're going to go through one,

Two,

Three.

First of all,

Just look down at your feet,

Feel your feet on the ground,

Notice what you're standing on and then if you look up,

Look left,

Observe everything that you feel and sense over on your left,

Everything that you see might be a wide open space,

It might have flowers and trees,

This is your special place,

So let it be whatever your mind wants to create.

Look forward and notice what's forward in your space,

What's right there in front of you.

Looking over to your right,

Notice what's over there.

We're going to walk through the garden,

So you'll see some kind of path,

Some kind of walkway to the other far side of the garden where the bench is and when we get to the bench,

You can take a seat,

Your guide may be already there or may not,

We'll see.

But for now,

We're just going to walk through the garden,

Taking your time,

Enjoying the space,

Walking towards the bench at the far side of the garden.

When you get to the bench,

Notice what your bench looks like.

If I was there with you personally,

I'd ask you to describe your bench to me,

Notice all the details and then take a seat if you haven't done so already on your bench,

Get comfortable,

If there is someone already on your bench,

Then that's good,

If not,

I'd like you to just ask telepathically or out loud,

Whichever feels right for you.

Will my guide that has a message for me today come forward and be with me?

And just let that be and just sit and know that your guide will come,

Keeping your mind open to the form of your guide.

Like I said,

It could be a friend that hasn't even died from this reality,

It could be an animal,

It could be a loved one that's crossed over,

It could be a guide that you already work with,

Could be whoever besides that they need to come.

Know that your guides are all around you,

Whether you don't see them physically,

Visibly,

Know that they're always there guiding,

Leaving messages and metaphors throughout your life.

You may sense your guide,

You may sense something there,

A presence,

An energy,

The light,

Beam,

Whatever,

This is your experience,

Don't put any pressure on yourself,

We're just having fun,

We're just having a journey.

When your guide comes to be with you,

Observe them.

Notice their form,

What they're wearing,

Observe their face,

Their eyes,

What kind of feeling do you get off your guide?

Do they feel friendly?

Do they feel happy?

Are they a little bit more serious?

Maybe it's a friend that you already know and it feels so familiar to see them or a loved one.

This is the point in your guided meditation where you're just connecting energetically to your guide,

You're feeling their space,

You're feeling their energy and their presence.

And the more you feel it,

The more you see and connect to them,

All the details of their clothing,

The more you'll ground yourself into this experience and feel present.

I'd like you to ask your guide,

What message do you have for me today that will help me with whatever it is that I've got currently going on in my life?

What message do you have for me today?

I'm going to go quiet while I allow you to communicate with your guide.

If they give you an answer and you don't quite understand,

Ask to explain or ask for more information.

Know that you can ask as many questions around this question as you need to.

So start up a conversation with your guide.

Ask and you shall receive.

It's universal law in this space.

You may have received the answers to that question.

If there is another question that you have and you would like to ask your guide and communication is going well for you in this experience,

Then go ahead and ask your questions.

Try and keep your left brain out of the conversation.

Stay in your heart space.

Be completely open to receive.

Don't try and analyze any of your answers in this space.

I'm going to give you about 20-30 seconds to just kind of tighten up the conversation.

Closing up this connection,

Please thank your guide,

The being that came to be with you and communicate with you today.

Give them thanks and gratitude for everything that they shared with you.

And now I'm going to count to three and you will find yourself back at the bottom of the 10 steps that we originally came down with your eyes still closed.

One,

Two,

Three.

Looking up the 10 steps,

Coming back up the 10 steps today.

Retaining all of the wisdom and knowledge that your guide shared with you,

So that you have some information to move forward with your life.

Know that you can come back to this space,

Back to this meditation at any time that you need to ask more questions or receive new information.

This is your sacred space.

Coming back up the 10 steps,

Starting with whichever foot feels right for you.

One,

Two,

Three,

Feel the steps underneath your feet.

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Nine,

Ten.

You can open your eyes and come back into your space.

Whittle your fingers just a little bit,

Maybe whittle your toes,

Give yourself a nice stretch.

Come back into your body.

My recommendation is to grab a hold of your journal,

Write down your experience today and date it.

So that every time you use this meditation,

You can keep a log of the information that you receive from guidance.

And you can date it and look back at it.

And that way you remember what it is that they shared with you,

Or what they recommended for your life.

In the moment when you're there,

It can seem relatively simple and understandable.

But when you get back to the reality,

Sometimes we forget.

So keep that journal.
