My name is Kari, Let's meditate together. Find a comfortable position for your body, Either seated or lying down. Close your eyes. Slow down your breathing. This meditation is all spoken in the energetical vibration of I am. I am meaning all that is, Source, Light, God. When you take on the energy and the power of making the statement, I am, It allows us to start to step into that consciousness and when we are in the consciousness of I am, Everything is limitless, A potential, Our expression of life is limitless. So take a big deep breath, Breathe in, Breathe out and settle into the vibration of I am with me. I am my own master. I am my own guru. I am the light, The sky, The oceans. I am limitless potential. I am the tiny ant on the side of the road. I am the trees, The wind that blows through them. I am all of nature. I am every being, Every plant, Every star, Every planet. I am. I am the light that shines in all things. I am every expression of beauty. I am a goddess and a king. I am all aspects of consciousness. Everything resides inside of me. I am that which I choose to express. I believe it and therefore I see it. I manifest my reality. I am the only creator. I am the breath. I am the earth. I am all that is, All that has been and all that ever will be. My potential is limitless, Endless, Infinite. I am. I am.
