Faith The Unicorn - Children's Bedtime Story

Embark on a beautiful bedtime journey with this super sweet, sleep story about a very secret place where unicorn dreams create a wonderful world. This faraway land is called Dreamville and here, you will feel supported, calm and completely relaxed.

Are you ready to meditate with Kori?

Now,

I will warn you this meditation is going to take lots of imagination,

An open mind and an open heart and a willing to create magical things in your mind.

Do you think you can do that with me?

Lay still,

Close your eyes so you can vision things in your mind and make them come into reality.

Tonight we're visiting a place called Dreamville.

Dreamville is very secret.

Hardly any human beings know about Dreamville.

It's a special place in the middle of another time and space.

It's a place where Faith the Unicorn has lived her whole life.

Dreamville is no ordinary place.

Dreamville is a tiny little world of its own and everyone that lives there creates the village just by using their imagination.

Dreamville changes constantly so it's a super super interesting place to live.

It's like nothing on earth.

In fact,

It's not part of earth.

It's in its own little star system far far away.

But guess what?

We get to go there tonight.

Try and lay still,

Really really still.

As still as a stone statue.

All that you're doing is breathing.

The rest of your body is just like a statue.

With your eyes closed and your heart and your mind open,

Let's go on a little journey.

In your mind there's a balloon flying down from the sky.

Flying down past the trees.

Down through the roof of your house.

Down into your bedroom where you're laying very very quietly.

The balloon gently ties itself around your wrist and starts to lift you up into the sky.

You magically go through the roof of your home.

You magically fly up past the trees.

Past the clouds.

Up you feel very very safe.

The string is holding onto you and keeping you safe.

And the balloon is like a friend with a smiley face.

You keep going higher and higher and you seem to travel through the earth's atmosphere far far away from your bed.

Now as you're flying through the galaxies,

The stars,

The planets,

You come to one very bright star.

The star has a protective shield all around it keeping dreamville safe.

You can only get through the shield if your heart is pure and you're loving and kind and you have a wonderful imagination.

Let's see if they'll let you in.

Oh,

You must be just right.

The doors are wide open.

You float through the doors and the place takes your breath away.

It's like nothing you've ever ever seen in your entire life.

This place is made of dreams,

Remember?

This place is made from the imagination of all of the wonderful unicorns that live in dreamville.

There's wildlife and flowers bigger than houses.

Flowers bigger than houses.

There's bees with smiley smiley faces and trumpets on the end of their antennas.

And when they move and fly to different flowers,

The tiny little bells inside of the trumpets,

Tingle,

Tingle,

Tingle,

Tingle,

Tingle,

And it makes the sweetest sound.

Lay still and listen.

See if you can hear the tiny little bells from all of the bees.

Listen.

All of the houses here in dreamville aren't regular houses.

Why would a unicorn live in a regular house?

No,

No,

No,

No,

No.

Faith's house is made from marshmallows.

Her entire house is made from white vanilla flavored marshmallows.

Her bed,

Her couch,

Everything in her kitchen is marshmallow.

One of her friend's houses loves fruit.

Fruit is her favorite thing in the world and she dreams about fruit.

Juicy strawberries,

Succulent sweet pineapples,

Mangoes to die for,

Grapes that are just right,

Not too sweet,

Not too sour.

Her whole house is made from all of her favorite fruits.

And every night when she dreams,

She wakes up the next morning and her house is made from a completely different type of fruit.

Every dream recreates her home so it's just right.

Allison,

One of Faith's other friends' house,

Is made from chocolate.

Chocolate buttons,

Fudge,

Chocolate whips,

Chocolate beads,

Chocolate bricks,

Chocolate sofa.

When she turns the tap on,

White flowing chocolate comes out of the taps.

She has a bed made from a big giant chocolate truffle.

Everything in her home is created when she dreams about chocolate.

Somebody in Dreamville loves,

Loves,

Loves,

Loves strawberry milkshakes because the whole river running through the entire place is strawberry milkshake flowing down through all the different houses and streets.

Can you imagine a strawberry milkshake river?

And it's thick and creamy and sweet and it's made with juicy fresh strawberries.

It's yummy.

The grass is made from green frosting and it's peppermint flavor.

And if you go to different places in Dreamville,

Sometimes the grass is apple flavor,

Sometimes the grass is spearmint flavor,

And sometimes the grass is lime flavor.

So everywhere you go,

You have to pick a little bit of grass and taste it to know which flavor someone created using their minds and their imagination.

The only animals that live here are unicorns,

Birds and bees.

And that's about it.

It's a very,

Very secret,

Special,

Magical place and you're here right now.

How cool is that?

The trees are made from some wonderful stuff.

The bark of the tree is made from all different types of chocolate bars with different centers in them.

Use your imagination.

What would your leaves be made of?

Every morning when Faith the unicorn wakes up,

Her hair is a different color and some days she has stars on the back of her fur on the tops of her legs and some days she has moons,

Some days she has pictures of animals like wolves or owls or eagles.

Some days she'll have love hearts and kisses.

Every day when she wakes up,

Her fur,

Her hair on her mane are always different patterns and colors.

Whatever she dreamed of that night,

Whatever she looked like,

The next day here in Dreamville it becomes a reality.

In Dreamville you can fly,

You can swim like the dolphins,

In Dreamville you can run as fast as a cheetah or a lion,

In Dreamville you can jump as high as a flea which is hundreds of times higher than their body size.

In Dreamville you can be whatever you want to be.

All you have to do is use your magical imagination and the next day when you wake up,

And so it is.

Those unicorns have the bestest minds,

They create the most wonderful things.

One day when Faith was walking through Dreamville,

She decided that all of the flowers there would be made from different flavored licorice and the next morning when she woke up,

It was exactly what she had dreamed.

All of the ginormous,

Wonderful pink,

Yellow,

Black,

Red,

Green,

All of the flowers.

Every single one was edible and they all were different flavored licorice.

That was a very good day.

One time the strawberry milkshake river turned into Macaroon Valley.

Somebody had dreamed that the whole river was made from coconut macaroons and when you went down the river,

The macaroons would change flavor.

That was also a good day.

Use your mind and your imagination with your eyes closed.
