Hello,

This is Corinne Hinnreger.

Welcome to today's powerful exploration of why it is crucial to embody all of you.

I'm not free as long as I'm hiding behind a facade that is made out of behaviors and beliefs that don't allow me to embody all of me.

We are born with a unique blueprint and are perfectly whole just the way we are,

No matter what our stories and physical health seem to be.

Yet through ancestral entanglements,

Learned behaviors and social conditioning,

We all have the tendency to push parts of us into the background,

Forget about them or dishonor them,

Because they seem not to be sophisticated or good enough.

The more these parts drift off into the background and fade away from our consciousness,

The more we have the tendency to search in the outside world for validation and to fill this pure need in us to be whole.

Feeling lost and disconnected from our purpose,

Drained and lacking energy are just SOS signs or calls from our soul to invite us to change our focus back within.

What if we start to let these parts of us back into our consciousness,

Giving them space and room to play,

Allow them to integrate and embody into our being so we can become whole once more?

I'm not talking about whole in the sense of what society defines as wholeness.

I mean truly feeling home within,

Allowing all of us to be.

The emotional one,

The strong one,

The weak one,

The independent one,

The fierce one,

The small and vulnerable one,

Whatever part has drifted off into the void of nothingness.

Each and every part of us is needed to complete a puzzle that represents our blueprint of who we truly are.

Allowing these parts to come back to life changes our frequency,

The way we move through life and the way how we interact and follow through with our actions in regards to our values and purpose.

We are becoming the life force that creates change solely by being all of us.

Through this pure act,

We allow our environment and others to also be all of them.

Life becomes easier and more abundant once we do not fight parts of us that have been invalidated or do not seem to fit into what others expect from us.

It might be uncomfortable at times as we expand our comfort zone,

Yet if we never pull off the bandage,

We stay stuck in a life where we search for outside validation and meaning and end up feeling lost and disconnected,

Always searching for more,

More fulfillment,

More money,

More ease.

If this resonates with you and you feel called to explore more parts of you,

I invite you to explore them with a childlike curiosity.

Be open and willing to notice the unexpected.

Spend time in nature as it helps our soul to speak.

One of the easiest ways I have found is to go for a walk and notice if there is something that catches your attention.

Observe how you feel when you notice this.

What does it remind you of and what does it bring up in you?

Reflect eternally after the walk on what came up for you and how it impacted you.

As you reflect on it,

Ask yourself what hidden path comes to life and how this could be represented.

Spend two to three minutes there and just write whatever comes to mind.

Then put yourself into the position of the object.

Notice how you feel about it.

Take a few more moments and write about it.

Maybe even ask it how it feels about you as you write this from the outside perspective.

Sometimes bringing in these new perspectives help us see things that are happening in our lives with much more compassion and gentleness.

Try to make walks in nature a regular date with yourself where you explore and connect with parts of you that are ready to be embodied.

A beautiful talk reminding me to pay more attention. Funnily I had been laying on the Sun lounger before listening and noticed a butterfly- it made me feel alive and reminded me of my grandmother πŸ’—πŸ™. I am so grateful this occurred and the thought of writing about this excites me! Thankyou Corin

More of a talk than a meditation. Great insights though. Thank you πŸ’œx
