On Letting Go

In this guided meditation, you are invited to open your awareness to "whatever it is that you are aware of." With this awareness, we are invited to open ourselves up and reach out energetically or emotionally to reach out and invite the experience(s) to enter a space of non-judgment, compassion, acceptance. With no pressure on result or expectation, truly giving space and Be-ing with whatever we are aware of and allowing it the opportunity to process.
