Try to bring your attention into this moment,
Into your bodily awareness,
As I read through meditation for my desk job.
Bodily Awareness Today I intend to be in my body and with my breathing.
As I sit or stand at my desk,
I will bring a quality of awareness to where I am.
Then the sensation of my inhalation and exhalation,
The tingling in my fingers and toes,
The subtle vibration of life filling my body.
I bring the stillness of meditation with me into my day.
As I sit,
My back is straight,
My head is held high.
I sit or stand with a quality of awareness,
A sense of nobility.
Today I will scan my body periodically,
Looking for areas of tightness or tension.
I breathe into those spots,
Letting go and resting in this moment.
Throughout this day I will take time to get up and stretch and use my body.
Big Mind Today I connect with the more profound truth of myself and life,
And I recognize a playful attitude in all things.
If things get serious,
A customer is angry or there is an answer I do not know,
I smile,
Letting go.
I rest in the ease of just this moment.
Coming from this present moment awareness,
I will see my old self-defeating patterns as they arise.
I will sense their energy holding them in my outstretched hand.
I watch them come and I watch them go without grasping or trying to change them.
Today I am aware of the depth of the universe,
The complexity and multifaceted nature of existence eb at my core.
When difficulties arise in this artificial human structure,
I return to this depth and recharge in the playfulness and fabric of existence.
Today I am aware of my projections onto others.
When I notice that I am projecting,
I go inward and sense the energy inside my body.
Doing this brings me closer to the root of the emotions I am projecting.
I will be aware of how I use my words,
Resonating from the truth in my body.
I will show the confidence and love born from direct experience,
Sharing this confidence and love with those around me.
