To the body scan meditation for calming the nervous system.

As sensitive souls,

You may find that you have trouble keeping boundaries,

Often to experience feeling overwhelmed and drained due to the inability to filter out external stimuli.

This can lead to very frustrating emotional outbursts,

Anger,

Irritability,

Sadness,

All due to the fact that your nervous system becomes flooded with energies that you're struggling to process.

Without clear boundaries,

You as a sensitive individual may find yourself taking on other people's emotions,

Energies,

Without even realizing it,

Causing you to feel stressed,

Anxious and angry.

The idea of saying no feels very warranted,

But yet when it comes time and the feeling that you're letting people down or disappointing people seems to take the lead,

Creating a buildup of stress,

Tension and resentment over time.

And when our precious nervous system becomes overwhelmed,

You often may feel that your increased heart rate,

Rapid breathing,

Muscle tension may lead you to feel like you're in a constant cycle to catch up,

Apologize and then it all repeats all over again.

During this meditation,

We're going to address the issue and how important it is for you to develop strong,

Loving boundaries,

The ability to be able to exercise self-care in honoring your body,

Your emotions and your spirit so that you may allow yourself to feel confident in saying no.

Allow yourself permission to let other people be disappointed.

Allow your nervous system to calm so that you do not have outbursts on the ones you love,

So that you not feel irritable,

That you can release the guilt,

The shame,

The feelings of not enough from your being and allow you to feel grounded and centered.

So finding a comfortable position,

Allow yourself just to find the rhythm of your breathing.

Allow yourself just to sink into the surface below you.

Allow yourself to adjust any area of your body that feels uncomfortable.

When you first begin,

You may notice that you feel very unsettled,

Very uncomfortable,

Very restless and that's okay because you are in control.

You are in control of this space,

This time of your relaxation,

Your comfort and your peace.

Allow yourself just to close your eyes and just take in a few deep breaths.

Just be aware if you notice that they are very shallow or that it may be difficult taking a full breath in.

Show yourself compassion and awareness.

Taking another deep breath,

Inhale through your nose and repeat this for three more times at your own pace.

With the last breath,

Take a deep breath and just allow your shoulders to deeply settle in to the surface below.

Just being aware of any tension or stress that you may be feeling,

Any energy that you may be holding on to that is tightening your muscles.

Archangel Raphael and Archangel Jeremiah to surround you,

To feel safe and protected and supported in this relaxation practice.

The angels love you unconditionally and see the truth in who you are and without ever any judgment,

Love you.

As we practice gently shifting every day with self-care,

Archangel Michael offers a beautiful shield of protection,

Creating bubble.

Nothing from the outside world can even come close to penetrating into your energy as this magnificent energy of love and protection surrounds you.

Archangel Raphael is the angel of healing.

He is creating a cloud of emerald green and he places this cloud underneath of your whole body,

Placing all of his love and his attention onto you and to your intentions to heal.

As you are settled in on this beautiful cloud,

Archangel Jeremiah steps up and he is partnering with you to take you on this journey of love and forgiveness of yourself for anything.

He is helping you to clear out any mental disruptors that block you to the sacredness of a healthy boundary.

He is supporting you with courage,

Love,

Circle of angels surrounds you,

Wingtip to wingtip.

You are safe,

You are calm.

Allow yourself this moment to just take in this angelic blessing that stands before you.

Allow your body to just relax and sink in to the energy of love and forgiveness.

Take one deep healing breath in.

Allow it to express from your lips,

Your awareness to your feet.

Notice any sensations you feel such as when you send your breath to your feet and that you are using them with healing energy,

Color you desire.

There is never a wrong decision,

But it is for you to ask yourself what color is the healing energy that I am using right now.

As you move your attention up to your calves and your shins,

Notice any sensations here.

Do you have any tightness or tension in your calves?

Breath to these areas.

Imagine this healing energy is releasing any tension or stress with each exhale.

As you bring your awareness to your knees and thighs,

Notice any sensations here such as warmth or heaviness.

As you send your breath to these areas,

That you are relaxing any muscle holding on to tension or stress.

Feeling the deep relaxation just soothing you.

Feeling your lower extremities relax.

Feeling your legs release the tension that they are.

As you move up to your hips and your pelvis,

Notice the sensations here.

Send your healing breath to these areas.

Unnoticed because it is so frequent,

Feel your back release.

Feel the cloud below you supporting you and the angels around you cradling you,

Pentant your abdomen and chest.

What sensations are felt in this area?

Do you feel tightness or fluttering?

Take a deep breath in.

Imagine that you are filling them with healing energy and as you exhale,

It expresses out any tension or stress that you may have been holding in your chest.

Feel your stomach so lighter.

Feel the knots in your tummy begin to undo and with each breath,

You notice a new state of calm.

As you move up to your shoulders,

Notice the sensation,

The tension and the heaviness.

Accept your initial feelings.

Just be a witness to all that you carry on your shoulders.

It is okay to feel things without judging them.

It is okay for you to be aware,

Imagining that you are just releasing the tension and stress that sits so heavily on your shoulders.

You have a team of angels desiring for you to invite them into your life to help you just release the police that you are a burden to others that can shoulder the burdens of others.

Really deeply breathe in and exhale.

Bring your awareness to your neck and your head.

Notice the tension and tightness.

Do you notice that one side feels tighter than the other?

Just be aware.

If you feel any tightness in your neck,

Your healing breath now is being sent to these areas.

As the breath touches the tension,

It dissolves it.

The tension is just being breathed away.

Taking a few deep breaths.

Imagine that you are surrounded by the loving energy that you have gifted your feet in the beginning of this meditation.

Imagine it billowing around you like clouds of healing smoke.

As you breathe in,

You are a powerful healer and the only one that you can heal is yourself.

As you are in this beautiful healing space,

Be a witness.

What is your body feeling?

Scan your body for any areas that still feel tension and stress.

Allow yourself permission to have patience with yourself.

This is a practice and you can listen to this as many times as you feel necessary.

In this beautiful healing space,

Think of any situations without judgment that you are holding guilt and allow the angels to transmute these feelings and are saturating every cell of your being,

Of your physical body,

Saturating into the parasynthetic nervous system and sending this healing gold light out loud to yourself.

Think of shame and just allow the angels to take the shame and send it back,

Again filling your crown chakra with gold,

Transmuting any of the dense energies and relaxing your whole body,

Softly repeating in your head,

I am safe.

As this healing gold light,

All your cells,

Your bones,

Your blood,

Like a waterfall,

Switching throughout your entire body,

Moving in a beautiful,

Divine dance,

This energy circles down,

Flushing each of your chakras,

Really focusing on your root chakra.

You are safe.

It is okay to release the over-independence of the situations from your past that has ever made you feel that you are not supported.

It is okay to let go of any situation where any person or experience has made you feel unloved,

Unappreciated,

Disrespected and unheard.

These lower vibrational beliefs now,

Allowing this golden energy to move through your hips and your pelvis.

The angels are so proud of you,

So proud of you for taking the steps to hearing what you need,

To believing that you are enough,

To respecting yourself,

You unconditionally.

You are safe.

You are forgivable.

I am safe.

I am forgiven.

Allow your body to take a few moments to bathe as you have reversed into a new energy,

Into a new space,

Into the soul of your being.

If you choose to stay in this position and go to sleep,

The angels will be with you.

And if you choose to awaken,

Open your eyes now,

Gently taking deep breaths in and out slowly getting your bearings,

Wiggling your tip,

Feeling the fist and the density that has been moved out and the lightness,

The peace that you feel now sacred.

Be gentle with yourself as life is a practice.

We are always practicing as we move through lessons.

And with each practice we become wiser.

With each fall we become stronger.
