Good morning and welcome to your gratitude practice.

Sitting comfortably in your chair or laying down.

Feeling relaxed and supported.

Close your eyes.

Notice your body making contact with your chair or on your bed or floor.

Begin to notice your breath moving in and moving out.

Now take a deep breath in and slowly breathing it out.

Allow your breath to return to normal and let's begin.

Setting an intention for this new day.

Repeat after me.

Today I notice all the blessings both small and great extended towards me and others.

I am grateful for the special people in my life.

I love the connections I have.

They nourish,

Support me and bring me joy.

I trust my journey and as I go about my day I see my challenges as opportunities to grow.

I am grateful for the wisdom to flow easily with my challenges and to see the beauty in my life.

I am safe.

I am happy.

All is well.

I am grateful.

After the bells open your eyes and move into this day.
