Allowing your body to feel supported.
Close your eyes gently and bring your attention to your breath.
Imagine yourself sitting by a calm ocean.
Picture the waves rolling in and out,
Each breath mimicking the rhythm of the waves.
As you breathe in,
Feel the cool fresh air entering your body.
As you breathe out,
Let go of any thoughts or worries,
Allowing them to dissolve like foam on the waves.
Now slowly begin to bring your awareness back to your body.
Notice any areas of tension or discomfort and gently release them with each breath.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Gently stretch your limbs,
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Remember,
These mindful moments can be accessed at any time.
Take them with you as you move through your day,
Allowing yourself to find peace and presence in every moment.
