It's Seal from Delilah,

And the tip of the day is to start each morning with doing something for yourself before getting on social media or just hurrying to get ready for the day.

So,

This might look like taking five minutes of quiet time for yourself,

Maybe even reading a book or journaling,

Or just spending some time setting an intention for your day.

This is a practice that's going to help you really prioritize yourself and feel like you have a little bit more control over the day versus just getting up and getting going right away.
