Welcome to this meditation and prayer especially intended for those who follow the Christian tradition who believe in the life,
The gift,
The sacrifice of Jesus and in this meditation,
Taking time as we may often do to simply be grateful take a moment to arrive to allow yourself to put separation between whatever might have been preoccupying you whatever might have been on your mind,
On your heart and this time to be fully present to be grounded,
To come into the heart and to welcome the Holy Spirit into your life renewing that welcome knowing that with every breath we are receiving from God with every breath we are reminded of the life that we have in this body and with every breath having an opportunity to invite in the Holy Spirit what some call the Holy Breath Ruka Dukucha,
The Aramean Ruk HaKodesh,
The Hebrew a breath that brings life in its fullness not just the oxygen we need to sustain our bodies but true,
Deep,
Spiritual nourishment that connects us and unites us into the body of Christ so allowing your breath to come to whatever pace feels natural and just noticing as you breathe in as you notice welcoming Ruka Dukucha the Holy Breath God's presence within us a spirit that guides,
Comforts,
Counsels,
Uplifts,
Heals no need for thoughts,
For actions simply being still and welcoming this precious,
Always available divine blessing allowing yourself to be totally immersed to be as it were drenched in this spirit as you do clearing,
Allowing a clearance for any blockage,
Anything that would separate you from God to be released knowing that you are forgiven knowing that you are restored to wholeness knowing that you are deeply loved resting in this serene,
Beautiful place free from worry connected,
Allowing yourself to be open to keep breathing keep receiving the Holy Breath the Holy Wind the Holy Spirit to continue to be uplifted and guided and kept in constant company with our beautiful Lord and our Father in Heaven and so it is we offer this prayer in the name of our Lord and Savior our precious Lord Jesus Christ Amen Gently now,
Taking a moment or two just to become aware of your physical surrounds resolving to stand firm this day knowing that you are protected you are loved you have everything you need Amen
