Gratitude isn't just about big milestones.
It's about appreciating the small moments that we sometimes take for granted.
Maybe it's the warmth of the sun in the morning,
A good conversation with a friend,
Or the chance to rest after a long day.
These are the things that make life richer,
But too often we rush past them without noticing.
As you sit here,
I want you to think of one thing you're grateful for today.
It could be something simple,
Something that brings you peace,
Or even something that challenges you to grow.
Hold that feeling for a moment and let it fill you with a sense of appreciation.
Now,
After this meditation,
I encourage you to make gratitude part of your daily routine.
Each morning,
Or before you go to bed,
Take a minute to reflect on three things that you are thankful for.
You'll find that the more you practice this,
The easier it becomes to notice the good around you.
And over time,
Gratitude won't just be something you think about,
It'll be a way of seeing the world.
Whenever you feel like you've lost sight of that,
You can always come back to this practice.
Gratitude isn't a one-time thing.
It's something we nurture,
Something we return to.
So take your time,
Stay open,
And know there's always something to be grateful for.
