Let me take you on a relaxing Samatha meditation. Resting our breath on the body sensations and on the senses. Being fully aware of the body breathing on its own will bring you calmness and tranquillity of the mind. Using mindfulness to develop self-sensitivity. Letting go of negativity and expectations. You will hopefully be able to enjoy the Silence at the end and let the internal fight go to enjoy the experience. I used mindfulness, pranayama, concentration, visualization, and the mantra Om at the end to finish the practice. The original soundtrack is a live meditation with my students. I am happy to share it here with you.
