This is a meditation to help you to surrender into your heart.
So taking a deep breath in and breathing out.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
One more deep in breath.
Breathing out.
Allowing your entire body to soften and relax.
Relaxing your head and your neck.
Allowing your shoulders to drop down.
Your arms and your hands to be heavy and soft.
Softening your upper back,
Your whole spine,
Your lower back.
Softening your chest,
Your belly.
Allowing your hips and your pelvis to release.
Softening your legs,
Your feet,
Your toes.
Totally relaxed.
There's no way for you to be and there's nothing for you to do right now.
Except listen to my voice and relax.
Bringing your awareness to the center of your chest and imagine that as you breathe in,
You are able to breathe into the center of your chest,
Into your heart center.
And as you begin to breathe into your heart center,
This allows the heart to open,
To soften,
To expand.
It also allows us to feel that sense of connection both to ourself and to the heart of everything.
So breathing deeply into your heart and begin to feel yourself connecting to a greater part of yourself.
That all knowing,
All loving,
All trusting part of yourself.
Allow yourself to surrender into the softness of the space within you.
And as you do so,
You now begin to see or feel or sense a beautiful pink light surrounding you.
A pink light holding you.
A pink light bringing you so much love,
So much joy,
So much peace.
As if you are a baby being wrapped in a pink blanket.
Surrendering deeper and deeper into this pink light.
There is no end to this light.
There is no end to this beautiful feeling.
The heart is an infinite space and it is your true home where you belong.
And where there is only love,
Peace,
Acceptance.
And as you surrender deeper and deeper into your heart,
Receive one message that would be helpful for you to hear right now.
Allow this pink light from your heart to fill up every cell of your being.
So that your entire body is shining with pink light.
And allow this light to shine outwards as if through every pore of your skin,
Creating a halo of pink light around your body.
Know that you are loved.
Know that you are safe.
Know that you are connected.
And bring your awareness now back to your breathing.
And taking a deep breath in and breathing out.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
And one more deep in-breath.
Breathing out.
Placing your awareness on your feet and feel your connection between your feet and the earth below you.
Beginning to move and stretch your body.
And very gently opening your eyes.
