Welcome to today's meditation entitled One Heart.
Allow yourself to get into a comfortable position,
Closing down your eyes and allowing your entire body to soften and relax.
Relaxing your head and your neck,
Allowing your shoulders to release,
Releasing any stress or tension in your back,
Softening your chest and your belly and releasing all your internal organs,
Softening your hips and your pelvis and releasing all the muscles in both your legs and your feet and toes.
Relaxing your arms,
Releasing your hands and your fingers,
Becoming aware of your breath as you take a deep breath in and sighing it out,
Breathing in and one more deep in breath.
Giving yourself permission to let go of the outside world for now.
This is your moment to return to your being,
Return to your heart.
As you breathe in and out you're going to focus on your heart center in the middle of your chest and imagine that you are able to breathe in and out of your heart.
And as the air meets your heart it begins to soften,
Melt and open this beautiful space within your being.
And this is our true home,
Our home of unconditional love and acceptance.
As you breathe deeply and connect with your heart you're going to sense,
Feel or imagine a loving being standing in front of you.
Maybe this being is an angel or perhaps an animal.
Allowing this being to come closer to you and as they come closer to you you feel deep love and compassion emanating from their heart to your own heart.
You sense,
Feel or imagine a pink light now extending from their heart to yours.
And as this pink light enters into your being you begin to feel such deep love and compassion from this being to you.
And feeling this light spread throughout your entire body filling up every cell of your being with unconditional love.
And as you feel this unconditional love in your being you remember who you are,
Your innocence,
Your purity,
Your light.
And as you remember this feeling you're going to bring one person or animal to your mind who you truly love,
This person or animal could be living or passed over.
And you are going to share this light with that person or animal in the same way that this being transmitted their light to you.
You are going to transmit this beautiful pink light from your heart to this person or animal.
And this light fills this person or animal's being with the most beautiful unconditional love and compassion.
And now you are going to bring to your mind your friends,
Your family and any animals in your life.
And you're going to do the same you're going to send this beautiful pink light from your heart to these beings filling all of them up with unconditional love and compassion.
And you're going to extend this light to all those in your community,
Those who you probably don't know but you see.
People in your grocery store,
At your petrol station,
On the bus,
In cars.
Just bringing all those people in your community to your mind and sending them this light of unconditional love and compassion.
And it is time for us all to remember truly who we are.
That we are that spark of light,
That purity,
That innocence.
And we are one.
One heart.
One love.
And you can begin to let that go now as you bring your awareness back to your own being,
And giving thanks to your being who met with you at the beginning.
Just letting all that go and bringing your awareness back to your physical body.
And as you do so really begin to feel yourself in your physical body.
Connecting with your head and your neck and shoulders.
Anchoring into your arms and your whole torso.
And feeling with your legs and your feet.
Feeling fully connected and returned to your physical body.
Taking three deep breaths.
Slowly beginning to move and stretch your body.
And returning to the room.
It is time for us to come to an end.
