One Heart

This is a guided practice with soft background music. You will be met by a loving being who will transmit divine love and compassion to you. You will then transmit this beautiful light outwards, to loved ones, friends, family and your community, sharing your love and compassion. You will be reminded who you are - divine light, innocent and pure - and that we are all connected and all One Heart.

Wonderful expression of unconditional love.

One of the best and most beautiful, relaxing, calming and effective meditations I’ve ever done. The being that came to me was my little pet bird, who passed away, a little over two years ago 😢.We had a soul connection and such a special bond 💕I felt such strong emotions, tears were streaming down my face. I could feel the love 💕 I will be doing this meditation if not daily then very often. Thank you so much for this meditation 🙏❤️💜💙💚

At the end I heard a faint distant inner-city chorus sing out their love🗣Wow. This was a very special experience. Great pace, flow, voice and music that worked so well. I know this works and I will spread my light in the ways I can in these times of separation. This was very kind of you 🙏🏻
