So,
Taking a deep breath in and breathing out.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
And one more deep in breath.
Breathing out.
And allowing your entire body to soften and relax.
Softening your head,
Your forehead,
Back of your head.
Releasing your eyes,
Cheeks,
Your jaw.
Softening your neck and your shoulders.
Releasing both your arms and your hands.
Softening your upper back and your lower back.
Releasing your chest and your belly.
And softening your hips,
Your pelvis.
And softening both your legs and your feet and your toes.
So,
Allowing your entire body just to sink deep into the earth below you.
Letting go of the chaos of the world outside.
Letting go of the chaos of the world inside.
Choosing to let that go now as you sink deeper and deeper.
And as your body lets go,
Just begin to connect with your internal heartbeat.
Perhaps you feel your heart beating in your hands,
In your neck,
In your chest.
Just connecting with the rhythm and the pulse of your body.
And connecting with yourself.
And as you go deeper and deeper,
Allowing yourself to be held by the beautiful great mother spirit below you in the earth.
As if you are an infant being held by its mother.
And in this space,
Just reflect on the question,
What does my heart truly desire?
And as you allow that feeling,
All that answer to arise.
Just witness that answer.
And just feel that feeling in your heart and feel that feeling in your body.
And once again,
Connecting with your rhythm and pulse.
Connecting with your breath.
And taking a few deep breaths as your breath connects with your body and connects with your heart.
Just bringing your awareness back to your body.
Just noticing how your body feels with no judgment.
You can begin to stretch and move your body.
And gently opening your eyes.
