In a conversation with God these words to ponder came to me.
Beloved child of God,
You are not alone on this long path of life you're on.
You will discover we are all one.
If you could but stop and see there are guardian angels watching over thee.
And God is here with you right now in this very moment if you could believe.
For this spirit is alive in everything.
Look up to the heavens and see the brilliance of the stars.
There are universes upon universes that are there for you to explore.
And part of you knows that you are part of that universe.
Step out of your ego and open up your eyes there is so much more that's going on.
If you take the time to meditate and open up your inner mind.
There are celestial dimensions there are lifetimes of your soul.
And God will reveal in time when you seek indeed you shall find.
There is but one energy existing in so many myriad ways that you can experience in life infinite.
Right here such a creative display.
You are not alone.
Just look into the highest consciousness and you will be amazed what you might find.
And with God you'll always discover you are not alone in life.
Meditation for you are not alone.
Let's relax and take some very deep clearing breaths breathing in and breathing out getting very comfortable there within your temple that body sanctuary.
Energizing it and calling in the light of lights right now.
Breathe that light in.
Be with that light.
Fill your body with that light.
Breathe in love.
And breathe that love into your heart.
And now go deeper and deeper into that sacred dwelling space inside.
Be comfortable there.
Be aware of the light of God's presence right here with you.
That presence that is always there assuring you that you are not alone.
That presence is with you with your soul.
And now fill yourself with that gift of this presence merging with that presence of spirit and your soul.
Be aware of any shift in energy.
Feel it.
Absorb all the blessings that are present here right now.
When you go into the sacred space within.
You are not alone.
Feel the oneness there of the presence with God.
Merging with God's pure energy.
Realize we are all one with that energy.
Feel that presence of that one energy that universal consciousness of God's mind.
The infinite presence is there right now.
And you can become one with it when you merge with that oneness with no separation.
Right now,
Experience the oneness of all.
Have the courage to believe God is always there and present to call upon.
To be with.
To feel that love.
You can always pray to be guided to find that oneness and that happiness that comes when you have an inner relationship with God.
Right now,
Sense your relationship with God.
Give thanks and love for this relationship,
This amazing relationship with God.
Breathe in the reality.
Let it be.
You are not alone.
Believe this and you will see you are able to change your life and find a way to be one with all.
Thank you God for this oneness,
This presence,
This awareness.
Let's breathe that presence and awareness and oneness in one more time.
