A very big aloha.
I'm Reverend Cindy Palos and I wanted to talk about having a deeper perspective.
A metaphysical perspective and a mystical perspective is always very helpful in understanding what's going on in life.
And I think things have been very challenging for so many people with the fires and with what's been changing in life rapidly.
And during times like this,
Meditation is more valuable than ever.
It's more important.
It's more key than ever.
And that's an interesting word,
Key.
You know,
There are many keys that we can find in life.
And sometimes life triggers us looking for the keys.
And with that key,
You know,
You hope to find something that opens the door.
A key's good in a door,
Right?
And you find that door to use a key and then you open it up and you see what's behind the door.
And in the case of what's been going on with the world,
There's been some interesting keys sought and then you open up the door and sometimes you really don't know what's going to be behind the door.
It could be anything.
I just was watching The Wizard of Oz the other day.
I've always loved that movie.
What a brilliant metaphysical,
Mystical movie The Wizard of Oz is.
But of course,
There's what they were going through and the problems that are happening when you're black and white,
You know.
And then they go to the new place,
This new world,
And they open up the door and everything's in color.
And it doesn't mean because it's in color there aren't the challenges that are there.
Obviously,
There's still the good wizard,
The bad wizard,
The Wizard of Oz.
And,
You know,
The different beings,
You know,
That are taken on different forms.
So it's a very metaphysical movie,
The Wizard of Oz.
And in our life,
It can be the same way.
And I've become more recently aware that we think we might have an answer.
Then we open up a door and we find out,
Wow,
But wait,
There's more.
But wait,
There's more.
You know,
How many times have we seen that on TV?
But wait,
There's more.
And there is more always,
You know,
But it doesn't mean that the more doesn't have its own levels of challenges.
And I think I found that in my life.
And I think a lot of people are finding that in what's come up for them.
And as the world has evolved,
There has been unfortunately many things that we never ever expected 20,
30 years ago with climate change and with fires and with what's going on in these days,
You know.
So in these days,
We have to find that inner strength and that inner courage and that fortitude to have a deeper mystical perspective.
And that has to be our key,
You know,
The key.
Okay,
There's that key to open the door,
Right?
But once you open the door,
It's not like you can let go of the key because then there's that inner key that we have to open as well inside to maintain the ability to grow in this open door atmosphere that has now had new challenges that come up.
And I believe that meditation is really the best way to do that,
The best way to always get back to center,
To be able to find the strength and the perspective,
The mystical perspective,
The perspective to see what's really going on.
You know,
I mean,
There was a wonderful,
Wonderful song that was done so many years ago that's called What's Going On,
You know?
And at that time,
The question came up about what was going on with the environment,
What's going on,
You know?
And indeed,
All those things that were said 20,
30 years ago have only increased and now we still ask what's going on to the point where finally we go,
Hey,
You know,
Maybe something's got to change.
Perhaps something has to change.
No,
We have to change,
Of course.
But if we change,
Then how do we recreate a better way of life,
A better way of being,
A better way where we can do more that is of value to help save the world,
To help bring people to the point where they're not in despair,
That they're not in bitterness,
That they're not angry,
That they're not committing suicide.
It's a huge,
Huge question of what's going on,
Right?
What's going on?
So we are what's going on that can make a difference in those things.
It always comes back to us.
If we think we can blame what's going on on something else,
It's like,
Well,
Yeah,
There's that indeed,
But there's always come back to what are we doing?
What are we doing to try to help?
I think this is an important thing for all the people who are evolving to be able to see what your role is in this time of such need.
What can you do?
The question is,
What can you do that is of value?
And it may be many,
Many,
Many,
Many things,
But first you have to go and get quiet and go within to meditate and to really take a deep look of why and what you're doing and your motivation and where it's going to lead you and how it's going to really help.
This is very,
Very key.
So let's take some deep,
Deep breaths and go within and take a look at what's going on.
Taking some very deep breaths in,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Hmm,
Neck just cracked.
Happens almost every time.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Coming back to center,
Square one.
In the center of square one might be a circle.
Put yourself in a circle of light,
Circle of bright,
Bright,
Bright,
Bright,
Bright light.
Ah,
Breathing in that circle and seeing it around you,
Above you,
Below you,
On either side of you and seeing yourself as a circle of protected light as you delve into what's going on.
Now find a question that resonates with you that might be there waiting for the answer.
What's going on?
What question would you ask of yourself to know what's really going on that's important for you to understand?
Any questions there that you'd like to ask?
Go to that highest place inside yourself that you find the answers from your soul.
You find the answers from the highest part within you that has a deeper perspective of your life.
Breathe it in and fearlessly just open your heart and your mind to who you really are.
Not limited,
You are unlimited.
And in your unlimited self,
What can you do of value,
Of importance,
To help?
To help yourself be of service,
To have the insight that you need,
To have the perspective which will help you just be comfortable in this place and be open to receiving.
You are an unlimited being.
You are one of the light workers.
You are a being that is sent here to be full of that love and your true purpose here in life.
What a great gift.
What a great amazing opportunity you have by just being aware of who you really are.
Just open your heart enough to really feel that presence there within,
That unlimited presence of that true light from the one source of all.
Breathe it in and breathe it out.
Allow yourself to accept who you truly are.
What a wonderful gift you've been given.
The true gift of being a child of God.
Just allowing yourself to accept who you really are.
And as you accept this,
Feel the expansion in your whole being,
In your mind,
The expansion of the love that opens the doorway to that unlimited self.
What would you do with this wonderful gift,
Knowing who you truly are?
Ah,
Let that idea,
That concept of who you are penetrate through to all of who your mind thinks you are and merge with that wonderful gift there within you.
Feel that gift.
Believe in that gift.
Accept the truth of who you are.
Ah,
Let it fill your whole being.
And slowly come back,
Slowly come back.
And if you can take the time,
Write down a few words a few words that allow you to accept that greatest gift of all,
The truth of who you are.
