A very big Aloha!
My name is Rev.
Cindy Paulos and I love being able to take a little time to talk and do a meditation with you because for me that's one of the biggest resources and senses of inner strength and ability to stay centered that you can find.
And I really believe in these times that it's necessary to maintain that source.
I have myself been going through a lot of challenges in my life.
My significant other for almost all my life had passed away and I'm having to deal with all of the details.
Oh my gosh,
I can't even begin to tell you how challenging I'm taking care of those details are because we had a lot of radio stations and all of that had to be closed and dealt with.
But you know,
Whenever I get a little bit overwhelmed by everything that has to get done that I don't really enjoy doing,
I go back to that inner resource.
I go back to that place inside where I know that I can find some strength,
Some solace,
And I pray.
You know,
I pray and then I also really have to take time to appreciate those who come along who will help out.
You know,
That it's amazing to me.
I'm not the kind of person who likes to ask for help,
But I have had people help in ways I never would have expected.
And so there is a resource there when we go through things that we may not expect to happen,
That we have to deal with,
That we can count on.
And that resource is so precious.
It's so valuable.
And it's so important.
But it has to be fed with your own inner strength.
Because the tendency is when things get difficult is to just retreat and to not wish to have to deal with it.
But that's not the answer.
And it doesn't go away.
In fact,
Usually once that happens,
You just get more depressed.
So by facing what you have to do and then praying about and then asking for help and accepting help,
When you need it,
You will find that even the most difficult things can happen and you can get through them.
I know it sounds like Pollyannish,
But I'm that kind of person.
And I have found that in my case and in so many people I know,
That this has been the case,
That you can indeed find a way to get through things.
And I'm so grateful that I have that inner resource,
That I have that inner place where I can go inside to find the strength,
To find the faith,
To be able to pray,
To be able to ask for help if I need help.
And that makes anything you're going through in hard times more bearable and more manageable as well.
Because managing it then sets out a plan where you know you can do it.
It's kind of like laying a blueprint,
Right?
A blueprint is so important to follow.
And once you have that in place,
It's so much easier.
It's a lot easier,
Really.
And if you've been through this,
You know what I'm saying.
I've had so many people that I know have been going through some of these things and they agree.
So I don't know if you're going through this.
You may not.
It kind of seems to go in cycles.
But just because you're not going through it now,
It doesn't mean that maybe you are the person that can help someone who is going through that.
That maybe you're the resource to help someone.
And it's a circle,
A beautiful cycle of as you help others,
They will help you as well.
And I do believe that as well.
So let's just take a moment to meditate and to take that time to go to that inner resource.
That wonderful source within that can give us the strength and the faith and the belief and the energy to stay positive.
To know that you can have a perspective that will get you through all the things you need to get through in life.
My bird's outside there.
I love my bird friends outside.
So let's just take some deep breaths.
Breathing in and holding your breath and aligning,
Aligning the whole neck spine.
That's also important because if you've been going,
If you've been going through challenging times,
You'll find that a lot of times the body will feel the stress as well.
So we have to be grateful to our body and make sure it feels good and be grateful for the energy that we have from that body to get through what we have to get through.
So we send our love and gratitude and are aware of our whole body,
Our feet and our ankles and wonderful calves and knees and legs and thighs.
Get us around in that beautiful energy in the spine with all the chakras aligned and working to serve you and to help you as you go through your day.
And then taking the time to go to the heart of the matter and just going within.
I always like to put a wonderful white,
Precious,
Beautiful,
Expanded white light all around the entire body to protect that energy there in the body,
In the mind and the feelings by putting a light above and down through and below on either side and extending it way out so that you're protected in this precious white light.
Brilliant white light.
Breathe that gratitude in for that and now go deeper within your heart of your heart.
Now if you've been going through some things and challenges,
You might find your heart is retreating to try to protect itself.
So if that's been the case,
Try to be very,
Very supportive and appreciative and protecting your heart,
Knowing and telling your heart that it's okay to not shut down,
To stay there,
To be present.
The heart of your heart is so important to you and it is going to show you the way.
You can listen to your heart.
You can feel your heart and if your heart needs some support from you,
You can send that support to your heart.
It's so valuable to do that,
To send love to your heart and allow that heart to send love to you.
It's a circle of love that comes from that center of the heart of your heart and that circle of love is so important.
Let it expand and go way around you and feel it all through you and your mind and your emotions and all of everything in your beingness.
That heart is so,
So precious and allow your highest self,
Your highest part within you to be present in that heart-centered energy so that you can give strength to yourself through your heart and allow the soul,
Your precious soul to help guide you through these times.
The soul is always there to help and to guide you and to see you through everything,
Always from beginning to end and beyond.
So just take a moment to allow your soul to have the recognition of how important it is in your life,
How precious it is.
It will give you a perspective that is unique to you,
That you need and I thank my soul and you thank your soul as well for being there,
For being present and for guiding you through the whatever pathway that is you have to follow to get through what you're going through.
It will guide you and take a moment to be grateful for the light that guides your soul and that love from the ultimate source of love,
That source within all and know that source is there and has an infinite amount of strength to call upon and align that soul with that highest light and love and align all of that with everything that you have that's present here and now and just be in that presence,
Taking a moment to just allow yourself to be fed the energy you need,
Being grateful,
Oh so very grateful for this resource and come out slowly and know that you can stay there and you can go there and you can retreat there and find that power and that source and resource at any time,
Any time you need.
I am ever so grateful for that resource and I'm so very grateful for you taking the time to be here to fearlessly face your inner self and know that you can call upon this energy to get you through anything you're going in life,
Going through in life.
What an amazing gift.
I bow in deepest gratitude and love.
Thank you.

Hi Reverend Sindy. I am listening again and this time it is the strength of our powerful spiritual, the one God that we connect within. Thank you , I did find more strength to deal with an unexpected death of a sibling. My inner soul has been a great source of me being able to be grateful for love and friendship and peace at this particular moment.
