This is way to feel full of Positive energy. It includes a talk and wonderful meditaiton that will bring that postive energy into body, mind, and soul. A really good way to feel good and change negative to positive.

Aloha,

I'm Reverend Cindy Palus,

And today we're going to talk about staying positive.

I think one of the most wonderful gifts you can learn is to stay positive.

I can't help but thinking of Bob Marley.

Positive vibration,

Right?

Oh,

We all like those Beach Boys positive,

Good,

Good,

Good vibrations.

And truly,

If we could see the energy fields and the colors that we send out,

We would see what energy vibrations have positive colors or colors that are muddy.

The positive vibes are very bright and beautiful and almost etheric and astral.

The ones that are the murky,

Dark ones are the ones that are like the negative vibes.

And what's also very interesting that we know very,

Very,

Very well,

What we put out comes back when we're sending out negative energy,

We attract negative energy.

When we put out positive energy,

We get back positive energy.

This is so clear when you smile at someone.

Put out a smile and sometimes they won't smile back,

But that's a positive act right there.

One of goodwill.

And really it's so important to realize that this affects us in many,

Many levels.

Studies have shown that optimists are more likely to maintain better physical health than pessimists,

Including a 50% lower risk of cardiovascular disease and also a greater survival rate when fighting cancer.

Just being in a good mood and putting a smile on your face and looking at the good in life can help you get through life's challenges in many,

Many ways.

And you can set that as your intention.

If you look at the bigger picture and you don't sweat the small stuff,

And it's all small stuff in the bigger picture.

You know,

Really we do have a choice and we can set our intention.

In these courses I've talked many times about the tools that we have,

The tools at our disposal,

Which we can choose.

In meditation,

If you meditate in the morning,

Which you know I highly recommend,

Set an intention to look at the good in life,

To extend kindness and goodwill.

To be in a positive state of mind and optimistic.

They found that optimistic people are much more caring and compassionate.

If we could really tie into that energy and spread that energy,

We can make a difference in our life.

These are then a blessing in someone's life,

Not a force that has to be contended with.

And it is challenging times.

It is challenging times where we have to really look harder for the good.

And that is done in many ways.

One is by gratitude.

We know how powerful the attitude of gratitude is.

It is like a light switch in a dark room.

We can just take the time to be grateful for a few things in our lives.

Grateful for being alive,

For being able to breathe,

To being wherever you live.

You can be grateful for your health or overcoming challenges with your health.

Being grateful is,

I think,

One of the greatest gifts to change our mood.

I'll do a whole section on gratitude because gratitude is really a key.

If you just practice gratitude,

You will find you can change from being in a negative mood to a positive mood.

You start looking at the blessings and how lucky you really are in your life.

What a gift that is.

I know how powerful it is to be in nature.

I go out in the morning.

I'm blessed to be here.

I'm Maui.

And I go out and watch the sunrise and do yoga and listen to the birds.

If you've been listening to these different talks,

You probably hear the birds.

They're my music in the background.

The birds are wonderful.

They're doing a symphony of beautiful music while I'm outdoors.

I make a point every afternoon to take a walk in nature.

And I can walk along the ocean here or walk in a park.

And it always makes me feel better.

It is such a wonderful tool for positive energy.

You see all the beauty around you.

And you really,

Truly can change your mood.

If you were in a bad mood and you walk in nature and you start thinking of how beautiful it is and you're grateful as you walk,

You are going to be in a better mood and more positive by the end of that walk.

Guaranteed.

Guaranteed.

You can listen to music.

I find music is a wonderful healer.

And I find that when I listen to music,

I can feel good.

I can put myself in a positive frame of mind.

Music lifts your spirit.

I recommend creating a music list that you know is your go-to list that you need to listen to whenever you're starting to feel like you're slipping into darkness.

You don't want to slip into darkness.

I mean,

When you slip into darkness,

It's harder to be positive,

Right?

And it also makes you feel dark.

So create a music list that makes you feel good,

That puts you in a positive frame of mind.

It's very helpful also to listen to possibly when you're out walking or when you're meditating or even in the day when you're doing things.

And you know what I love is a wonderful way to stay positive?

Creating something positive,

Creating something beautiful.

I love to write.

I write every single day.

I know I like to take pictures too and create little pieces of art from them.

Create the creative force is a positive force of energy.

It is a wonderful tool,

A wonderful tool to make you feel good,

To make you feel positive and to spread that positive energy because you can take a picture you created or you can take a poem you've written and you can share it in social media.

And then you're sharing your positive creative side with other people.

I've done 12 albums,

CDs,

Albums,

And I've done like seven books from the things that I've written and created after meditation.

And of course then we have to say meditation is one of the greatest tools you can have to put yourself from a negative state or a blah state into a positive state.

Use that with the affirmations which I've talked about.

Affirmations can be a wonderful source for positive energy,

A wonderful way to recharge your confidence and your state of mind.

It is a wonderful way to put yourself in a good mood with positive affirmations.

And of course we know breath.

If you're finding yourself getting in a negative mood,

Just start sweeping that mind with your breath.

Just let that breath be such an amazing positive force.

Breath is truly the tool.

Breath is the tool that can sweep your mind and sweep out that negative energy.

And I like to also,

If you've listened to any of these talks,

You know that I like to put white light and protection around myself because there are people who actually don't like it when you are putting out positive energy.

When they're in a bad mood sometimes they don't want to be dragged out of a negative mood because negative energy likes negative energy.

So it's best to protect yourself with a field of wonderful white positive light.

I do this every day.

Six feet up,

Six feet down,

Six feet on either side of me,

Six feet in front of me,

Six feet behind me.

And I put myself in a beautiful radiant shell of white light and I'm completely surrounded by this white light.

You do it right now.

Put that white light above you,

Below you.

I call upon the Christ light to do protect me.

You can call upon Michael or any of your guardian angels.

It reinforces that protective energy around you and then I seal it with a golden light that is a healing light because there's many people who are going through different diseases and things right now so that golden light is an extra layer against that and it also protects you.

Sometimes if I'm really in a difficult situation like flying or something like that I add a purple radiant purple light around me and I always put white light around my car and white light around the plane if I'm flying or if you're in a train.

It definitely,

Definitely helps to protect you and seal in that positive energy.

And we've talked about fear and fear of course is a thing that we have to address with love and with compassion and with understanding and with the tools that we have to overcome that negative energy of fear.

And another wonderful way to stay positive is visualize,

Visualize yourself in perfect happiness with the smile.

Visualize your day spreading goodwill,

Spreading kindness,

Visualize yourself performing an act of kindness even if it's just smiling at someone or maybe paying it forward at the cash register for someone.

You will be amazed how good you feel when you do something good for someone else.

That goodness is contagious,

That positive energy is contagious.

When you spread that energy it can go forward.

It's amazing how far forward that energy can go.

And again I always come back to love.

Love is the greatest stress buster because love does change the negative to the positive.

Love is that light that we need in our life.

Love understands.

Love is the basis for all that energy that makes us feel good and positive.

I wrote these words that I want to share with you.

Lord,

Hear our prayer,

Let your light come now and the darkness be gone.

Let our hearts be strong and our minds find peace.

Let us be in your grace please.

Help us to get to that place of love inside where we know we will survive.

Lord help us to ease the effects that we feel from disease.

Remove the pain and suffering and the burden and strain.

Lead us out of the shadows and the darkness to see the light and positive energy pouring through us in rays that bring us to face the good that is there in every day.

Let us be strong in the power that we see that we can trust in you and find a way to deal with all that stress and anxiety.

And Lord we thank you for those wonderful servants that you bring that bring us to understand the gifts and the earthly angels who are helping and aiding us along the way.

And thank you for the ones who are kind and able to get us through.

We say thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

Again you can write your own prayer,

You can write your own positive affirmation.

Let's do a meditation of positive energy now.

Just again remembering how good we can feel when we breathe in light and positive energy.

Breathing in that positive energy,

Holding it and letting it spread out around us,

Above us,

Below us,

Through us.

We are a field of positive energy.

Breathing that in,

Holding it,

Spreading it out,

Shying it forth and releasing and as we release our breath let go of any tension,

Anything that's affecting us that we can let go of that isn't bringing positive energy,

Let go of now.

Breathing in that light and holding it and feeling and sweeping our bodies.

How is your head feeling,

Your eyes,

Your nose?

Let go of any tension that might be in your jaw or ears,

Spreading white light circling it around our entire mind,

Bathing your whole mind in a light bath of positive good energy and feel that goodness spreading through your mind.

Breathing in,

Bringing that energy to our neck,

Is there any tension that you need to let go of there?

Let go,

Let go,

Let go.

That's a beautiful,

Beautiful throat chakra.

Let yourself bathe this throat chakra and release any tension that you might be storing in your neck.

And just sigh and go ah,

Ah.

And for a moment let the throat chakra bathe in the sound of om and feeling the power of the m radiating through that throat chakra.

Om,

Om.

Feeling that positive energy of that humming sound there in your throat.

Breathing in and allowing that positive energy to come into your heart chakra,

That love light shines there.

Beautiful green healing energy of positive vibes coming from the love,

That unconditional love in your heart of hearts.

Breathe that love in and let it heal your heart of hearts.

Be in that love light of your heart right now.

Let a golden rose come into your heart and see it blossoming there in your heart.

And now let's take that energy that creates the blossoming of the golden rose and let that love and that rose spread out through your entire torso,

Radiating positive,

Wonderful beauty and let it come into your third chakra with a golden light there,

Calling in the light through all of the organs,

The liver,

The kidneys,

The stomach,

The spleen,

All being radiated,

Every cell with positive light energy.

Breathe that in and let yourself come down to your second chakra.

Up each light there,

Filling the entire pelvis area and the lower back.

Let go of any tightness or tension.

Fill it with this positive energy of light.

Let go of any old wounds or feelings that might be negative there.

And now come down to your base root chakra.

There's any fear or healing you need to do there.

Let that area be healed right now and let that positive energy spread down to the legs,

The knees,

The calves,

The feet,

Your arms,

Your hands.

Everything is bathed in positive energy.

And now just take a moment to feel good.

To feel that positive energy and the vibration of goodness.

Let that goodness spread through you and let it extend upward to that energy from where all goodness comes from.

The source of positive energy within the source of all that is light and love.

All upon that source to fill you,

To heal you,

To be with you in unconditional love right now.

Allow yourself to be love,

To feel love.

And now allow that love to come back into your mind and your body and your entire beingness.

And know that you are redeemed with positive energy right now and set the intention to carry that wonderful positive energy into your life today and always.

And so it is.

Thank you for this wonderful journey that we had together going through the positive energy that is always available to choose in your life.

Please share this positive energy with others.

This was absolutely wonderful and just what I was looking for. It was full of so much loving positive energy that I really felt a shift by the end of it, more so than any other meditation for positivity I’ve listened to…and I needed that so much! There is a tiny bit of a religious aspect peppered in and normally that puts me off but it was brief and it I still felt the love that she was giving us. Looking forward to exploring more meditations that she offers.
