Welcome to another mystical perspective.

I'm Reverend Cindy Palos,

Happy to be here talking today on a subject that I love,

Creativity.

But not just creativity,

But how to prosper through creative idea sourcing.

I just have always felt so much creative input coming from the one source.

And then it's the question of how do you work with that?

How do you bring it about?

How do you make it happen?

So what we're going to do is do the affirmations from the book,

Which is by Dr.

Pauline Masters,

Spiritual Mind Power Affirmations.

And then we'll get into a little talk and some poems and a meditation on this very creative subject.

The first affirmation is one creative idea.

All it takes is just one creative idea to prosper.

And that creative idea exists within me now in the presence of God within me,

The source of all creativeness.

So we think about where one creative idea comes from.

Well,

It comes from the source,

Of course.

Of course it comes from the source.

It's the creator of all.

And of course we can be co-creators.

So we get our ideas in many ways,

Sometimes while we're sleeping,

Many times when we're meditating.

Once we open up that door to perception and allow that creative energy to come in,

Things can come about.

I always make a project every year and I ask first,

What should I do?

And then I wait to see how I'm guided and what I'm guided to do.

And then I start to get lots of directions in lots of different ways.

And with the creator,

There's lots of creative ways you can get confirmation on your creative source.

So that's one creative idea.

The next is meditation.

Through my daily practice of meditation,

I establish and maintain contact with the innermost center of consciousness within me.

The mind of God,

Universal intelligence,

The source of all creative ideas.

And meditation is the key.

Meditation is always the way to begin every day and to end the day.

And meditation is a living,

Moving,

Breathing thing.

It changes as you change.

It changes with the universe.

It changes.

Definitely,

It does change.

So your meditation changes and so does the way you get information from meditation.

But I've always,

Since I started meditating at the age of 13,

I always ask for a message every day after I meditate.

So I have literally probably over 17,

000 of these ones,

Many of them.

It comes to me as almost poems and that's the way I get my messages.

And it's usually guidance from me.

But that guidance also can help other people.

So it's really valuable to meditate but then also open the doorway to remember and write down.

I really encourage journal writing.

Having a journal or having your phone,

You can put it.

I actually used to always do,

I mean literally,

I mean I have over a hundred journals I wrote in.

But now I'm actually putting it on my phone because when I put it on my phone,

Then I can email it to myself and I can print it out.

Or then I can get the editing done and put it into a book form more easily rather than having to type it all up again later.

Because believe me,

When you have thousands of messages to take the time to type that all up later,

It's a lot of work.

I found that out.

The next one is visualization.

Daily I take a few moments to visualize or imagine God light energy containing one or more creative ideas,

Moving upward from the frontal part of my chest area to my head area,

Providing me with the creative thoughts necessary to prosper.

Now if we imagine this together,

This is coming from your heart,

Your heart and soul,

Right,

In your chest up to your head.

It's not coming from your head to your heart.

And there's a very important key here,

Extremely important.

We are all so busy in our minds and there's so much input we get from social media and from our phones that we're using our minds constantly.

But in this case,

Let's remember to visualize centering in our heart and allowing that heart image to blossom and come up into our head.

And that's a key that you can use that really will change the energy that you're coming from,

Where you're coming from.

The next one is attunement of will.

Daily I give up my personal will and its limited intellect to the unlimited will of the universe or God containing all creative ideas.

So there's a difference if your ideas and your creations are coming from God or the universal mind,

Universal oneness of all,

The source,

Or if they're coming from your ego and your separate identity.

And the way to really prosper is to be a vehicle,

An instrument for God's will.

Then that creative energy just takes over and flows and guides you.

And I mean,

It's amazing what happens when you're just downloading from God.

And the next one is spontaneous appearance.

I understand that creative ideas suddenly appear in my mind without any intellectual reasoning.

Repeating that spontaneous appearance.

I understand that creative ideas suddenly appear in my mind without any intellectual reasoning.

Now,

That spontaneous appearance can come in lots of ways.

It can be one word.

It can be something that just kind of flashes into your mind.

Sometimes when I'm out in nature,

A word,

A thought,

A tune,

A melody can come.

And then it's important to get it down.

Sometimes if I don't have a way to write it down,

I will just repeat it and repeat it or sing it if it's a tune or melody and redo that till I get to a place to save it.

Because as quickly as you can spontaneously get something,

You can also lose that thing.

It's a very fleeting thing.

It's almost like trying to catch a butterfly in flight.

So you have to catch it.

And then once you catch it,

You've got to create from it and allow it to create from it as well.

God already knows.

The God part of my mind already knows exactly what creative idea needs to be known by the conscious level of my mind to experience more prospering.

So we can pull our hair out and we can try to think this or that and we can go banging our head against a wall.

But we need to get back to remembering that if this idea came from God or the universal source,

The one source of all,

The creator,

Then there's already a way it's supposed to be happening.

Now,

Here's the question.

A lot of people can get waylaid because there's so many things that are being sold to market your ideas these days.

And not all of them are great.

And some of them are very expensive.

And it may not maintain your original concept,

Your idea,

Or basically they may want to sell out your idea and make it more to the liking of the mass public.

So it's a really tricky thing to your own self be true.

It's easy to say.

But when you have an opportunity that comes knocking on your door and it looks like it could be big bucks and all they want to do is change the whole story.

A lot of times people do that,

Right?

Some people do not do it.

They just walk.

But God already knows.

So you have to go back to that intuition into that God's open and do that litmus test right?

Next one total prospering in my oneness and wholeness with God.

I experience prospering as a whole person and thus love and health in abundance as well as materially.

So we're looking at total prospering here.

Some people really get an idea and it can throw them completely off center.

And sometimes that creative force works that way.

But this is talking about prospering in your love and your health and your abundance as well as materially.

So this is the foundation,

The roots to have a tree that grows and blossoms and prospers.

Next is soul's purpose.

I affirm daily that God's creative prospering ideas are in tune with my soul's purpose in this lifetime and at this time in my life.

So this is again not just about the creative but the prospering ideas aligned with your soul.

Your soul knows your true destiny.

Your soul will guide you.

Your soul will plant seeds.

Your soul will direct you if you are in tune with your soul.

Your soul is in tune with Spirit and God.

And we all have an origin,

A purpose we came here for in life.

And when we find that we are on that track,

It's amazing how we can just completely lose track of time.

When you're in the zone and you're right there in the center of everything.

It's amazing how you don't even care about time and you're just creating an on fire with that power of that energy.

The next one is oneness.

I am in God and God is in me.

And thus,

All creative ideas that exist in God exist in me.

So yeah,

It's a pretty big library,

Right?

Think about it.

I think about where all those ideas come from.

And I mean,

They're huge.

It's infinite.

It is really infinite.

And that's what you get when you're in tune with God.

You know,

The source of all creativity comes from the Creator.

And that light and energy found there is inside you.

And when you connect with your inner source,

Then you are having the key to open the door to all creative adventures and ventures.

And each venture should be an adventure.

That's really where all pure inspiration comes from.

The spirit within is really,

Truly inspired,

Right?

Inspire is spirit.

When you're going to the inward spirit,

You're going to be inspired.

All of the great masters of all time were connected to that source.

You think of the masterpieces that were created throughout time.

You think of the Da Vinci's,

Michelangelo,

Shakespeare's,

All the great masters and Plato,

Socrates.

This energy can be found in infinite numbers ways to find expression.

But are you the vehicle that will come to?

Well,

Your soul knows,

Right?

And there's a few things your soul and God,

Inner source knows.

Are you able to carry out what you are given to do?

You know,

Are you able to carry that key to that inspiration?

I mean,

For example,

Van Gogh,

You know,

Here was a truly inspired,

Brilliant mind that couldn't handle all that creativity going through him.

And there's lots of people that say it was because of the oils and the oil paint and his state of mind.

But he had so much of this coming through him.

And he had to create.

He couldn't stop it.

He had to.

But he couldn't manage it well,

Right?

So he had a very difficult life.

And you have to wonder if his soul knew that it would be not achieved as success in his lifetime,

Not recognized.

But now look at what it is.

This is the way with many great masters,

Any great inspired symphonies,

Anything that touches your soul.

Sometimes it is not recognized for the gift that it is and the time that it's created.

But it can,

In time,

Hundreds and hundreds of years later,

Still touch people.

I mean,

You think of the Psalms from the Bible,

You know,

2000 years ago,

Or almost 2000.

The thing's written still,

Read every day.

So we aren't necessarily here to judge how it's to be received.

We can certainly guide it and try to direct it.

But sometimes there really is a higher force that has that vision and where that inspiration is supposed to be coming from.

I wrote this one,

Lord with you I build this day with the joy of creation.

And I build it as you would,

As reflection of spirit and action.

With the best that you have to give.

I create this day with anticipation and with love for what can be done to serve.

With the grace of caring.

For each day is an opportunity,

Each day is a gift given.

We can live this day with the attitude that is chosen.

We can build our day with light and we can leave space in that day for love.

And that love is really the truth of the co-creation of all of God's work.

God is love.

And our time here,

This gift of our precious earth,

We can make a difference.

And we can fulfill our purpose and what we bring to the earth.

Each day is not a to-do list,

It's not something to plow through and cross off.

It's a creation,

We're creating with the co-creator,

We're creating with God.

This dream on earth is a celebration of your true worth.

For really all part of God's creation alive here,

Right now in this moment in time to experience life on earth.

And from this creation we're given the gift to understand what a miracle this really is.

This vision,

This dream,

The muse that carries the inspiration.

Creativity is limitless.

Controlling creativity can be an interesting juggling act in work.

There's so many workshops on how to do and how to create.

But you think about how children are given crayons and they just start doing it.

They draw these amazing things.

They just start going with the flow of creativity and total force.

And we can do the same thing.

But I really do find that it's really helpful to get up before the sun rises when you're not going to be interrupted.

Before the sun rises now,

You know,

It could be at four in the morning.

But that time can be the most valuable time that you have.

That's when you get those pearls of wisdom.

That's when you get the guidance.

That's when you can connect with God.

Let's do a little meditation here.

And to see if we can connect with God right now and allow that creativity to flow.

Let's take a few breaths and breathe deeply in.

And open the door to that light and let it fill every single cell of your body.

Make sure there's a wonderful flow of energy that goes up and down your spine.

Breathe in that God spirit,

That creative force into your heart.

And feel that heart begin to glow.

Feel it begin to grow with the light of the creative spirit.

Go to that garden in your heart.

Find that garden within that is full of the precious flowers of wisdom,

The pearls from the garden,

The blossoms of light and love.

Now send that light and love that you have from that garden within out to someone you just really love,

Someone very precious to you.

Give them a gift of the flower from your garden within.

And feel that love in the giving.

Feel that energy flowing.

Now take that beautiful place in the garden and take a flower and give it to God.

Give it to spirit.

Give it to your soul.

See it just being accepted as the gift that it is.

And notice that even though you're giving flowers from your heart as a gift of love,

Each flower is still there,

Replaced and still growing.

A new one comes and blossoms with each gift you give.

And now allow yourself to be in the center of God's creative energy.

Go to that creative spirit of the one source of all.

See yourself being filled as God's instrument to be played with the music that is the music of the spheres to be able to find the words that come from the one word of all words,

The unnameable word of God.

And allow that nectar of all that heavenly creative energy to just pour down,

Pour down upon you to be baptized in that precious energy.

And let it fill your mind and your heart and your body.

And just feel the inspiration that comes when you're in that precious flow.

See if there's any word or any energy or any idea that comes to you in the sacred garden in your heart.

Ask for that energy to come and guide you.

And be aware of you are that creative energy to bring that forth from the garden your heart into your life into the world,

That you are the gardener,

That you are the caretaker,

And that you indeed can take any creative idea that's there any part of the beautiful pearls of wisdom and share them with the world.

Breathe that energy and that pure spirit in.

Believe it.

See it.

Become it.

Give thanks for it.

And so it is.

Now come out of your meditation slowly.

Again breathing this in if there's anything that did come to you,

You might want to write it down.

Make a note or two.

And express this creative spirit,

Find a way to see what comes to you from this beautiful,

Precious energy.

Write it down.

Natalie Goldberg suggests writing something down every day.

And our inspiration can come from meditation.

I find it inspiring to go outside and look at the sunrise,

See the clouds to walk out in nature.

There's always lots of ways to express the beauty that comes to you.

It's up to you to decide how you polish those pearls of wisdom.

Can you find the patience and love and understanding that you need to express these beautiful creative ideas?

Do you know how to share those gifts given to you?

Can you look at God's creation and see the beauty that is really here,

The miracle of life?

And can you love yourself enough to believe with your heart and soul that you can do this,

That you can share this love,

That you can be a messenger?

There's such magnificence in this creative energy that you can share.

This gift of life is the living,

The polishing of the pearl.

It's a radiant energy of love.

So allow yourself to embrace that energy with love,

With confidence.

And ask for God's goodwill to guide you and direct you.

And say thank you,

God,

Always for what comes to you that you can share.

I'm going to close out the talk today with the Aramaic version of the Lord's Prayer.

Father,

Mother of the cosmos,

Shimmering light of all,

Focus your light within us as we breathe your holy breath.

Enter the sanctuary of our heart,

Uniting within us the sacred rays of your power and beauty.

Let your heart's desire unite heaven and earth through our sacred union.

Help us fulfill what lies within the circle of our lives today.

Forgive our secret fears as we freely choose to forgive the secret fears of others.

Let us not enter into forgetfulness tempted by false appearances.

For from your astonishing fire comes the eternal song,

Which sanctifies all renewed eternally in our lives and throughout creation.

We seal these words in our hearts committed in trust and faith.

Amama Amama Ua Noa,

The prayer is freed.
