Aloha,

I'm Cindy Palos and this is part of the Elements of Peace with one of the keys that are so,

So very important to finding peace for everyone.

And that's the key of forgiveness.

I think that if we all could really find it truly in our heart,

To forgive each other,

We would find such great peace.

Tolstoy,

Leo Tolstoy said,

Let us forgive each other only then will we live in peace.

And Mother Teresa said,

Whatever our religion,

We know that if we really want to love,

We must learn to forgive before anything else.

So this is such an important thing to remember,

To find peace.

I think it's important also that we see this before we face our death.

It's so important to be free of any guilt or any pain or any suffering.

If you find forgiveness,

Forgiveness will set you free.

You know,

I have to say one of the great teachers of forgiveness was Dr.

Gerald Jamposki.

He recently passed on and he wrote many books on forgiveness.

And he really understood that it's our daily practice with each day.

You need to go and dig deeper because sometimes that need and that hurt that we've had goes so deep that it's buried and we can't find it.

We can't find it at first.

And until we do find that forgiveness and that hurt and we let it go,

We really have a hard time finding peace of mind.

I know that this happens in the cases of abuse as it did with me.

I was abused and it took me a long time to even remember that I was abused because it was when I was a child.

But then it was affecting my life and what I did and I did not understand until I could forgive and face it and realize I can choose to let it go,

That I was able to move on from it.

And what about people who've had a loved one killed?

It's so hard to forgive the person who may have done something as horrendous as that.

But there are stories about people who have indeed gone into prisons.

There's even a woman that went into prison to not only forgive the man that killed her son,

But she also became friends with that man.

And when he got out of jail,

She supported him on his journey onwards.

Can you imagine that kind of forgiveness?

Can you imagine the kind of forgiveness that Christ had when he said on the cross,

Forgive them father for they know not what they do.

This is the kind of forgiveness we need to have.

It's radical forgiveness.

It's radical because it's hard to even imagine that we could do this.

How can you forgive something so deep?

How can you go that deep to really understand what's going on?

It's quite an amazing process actually to go deep inside yourself enough to find that inner part of you that is one with the other person.

And when you understand that there is that same inner spark,

That soul,

That oneness with all that you have to realize that part of you has the power to heal through the use of God's love and forgiveness.

That's an unconditional love that supersedes so much pain,

Releases so much karma,

And also brings about the great gift of peace.

Because once you can let go of that pain and that suffering,

You are able to find that place of ease and peace within.

And once you find that healing peace,

You are healed and you are set free.

Can you go to that place to find forgiveness in you?

Can you even find and go deep enough inside yourself to find what it is you need to really forgive to find that deep pain you may have buried for a long time?

That hurt that might have really put you in a trap that you're not even aware of in your consciousness.

Sometimes we think we're okay because we've learned tools to carry on.

But we don't understand that sometimes we're blocking out that part of us that's holding that deep hurt and pain.

And until we can really forgive ourselves for holding on to that pain that we don't even know is there.

Until we can learn to love ourselves enough to know we are strong enough to forgive ourselves.

And then know that we can with that great power of forgiveness,

Forgive others who have maybe hurt us so deeply.

Then there is that peace that passes all understanding.

Now let's take a time to go deep inside ourself to find that power of forgiveness.

First let's get comfortable and sit at ease with an erect spine and allow yourself to breathe in some deep breaths of peace.

Breathing deeply in and seeing that peace as a blue light and let that peace come down through you,

Through all of you as you breathe out,

Breathe out any old hurts and pain.

Breathing in the power of that beautiful peace and breathing out that energy that forgives.

Breathing in that forgiveness,

Holding it and breathing out gratitude for finding forgiveness.

Just breathing in now in that beautiful place you find when you find that peace of forgiveness.

Find that place of the breath within the breath,

Going deeper and deeper and deeper into that place of peace.

Find a still pool,

A beautiful pool of blue water.

That beautiful energy there is like a well that you can dive into,

A well of forgiveness.

Find yourself that great ease and find that power to dive into the well of forgiveness.

And you can breathe in this pool of water that baptizes you,

That heals you,

That clears you,

That cleanses you,

That releases you.

Breathe that energy in and with this breath also know you have the power to release anything in the past that has hurt you.

Allow yourself to go into that deepest part of yourself.

Go deeper and deeper into any of the past that might have been something that caused you deep,

Deep pain.

And know that you are safe as you put a beautiful light,

That blue light turns into a blue light that surrounds and protects you and allows you to go deeper still and find that time where you felt pain.

And surround yourself with that love and the healing energy and the embrace of unconditional love for yourself and for whatever brought you that pain.

Allow yourself to let go of that pain,

That hurt,

That suffering.

And know that you're strong enough to love that pain away with forgiveness.

Allow that energy of forgiveness to go back many generations,

Back,

Back,

Back to the past,

Way past generationally to anything in the past that may have hurt you or your family and forgive it.

Give it right now with that power of unconditional love.

Send it love and send it forgiveness.

Be free of what's been holding you back from happiness and your true purpose in life.

Let these beautiful healing waters of peace bless you,

Heal you and open your heart now.

Breathe in deeply,

Breathing in,

Holding your breath and breathing out and feeling yourself redeemed and refreshed and rejuvenated and restored.

Breathe in and see that golden light of forgiveness radiating out throughout your entire being.

Look at your life from your soul's point of view.

Reflect now for a moment.

On the wonderful blessings you've learned as you have been able to forgive all you've encountered in your life is a wonderful lesson that you have come to learn on this earth plane.

Believe that.

Be that forgiveness right now.

Hold it and now just release it and let it go.

Send it up.

A mama,

A mama,

Ua noa,

That prayer of forgiveness is free.

It's free.

Anything that may have caused you pain and suffering,

Anything that may have caused you to build a wall around your heart,

Know that you have the power to now let that all go and you are lifted high,

High,

High to the source of all as you release it and set it free again and let that energy of pure love come back to you deep,

Deep,

Deep,

Deep,

Deep into your heart.

And know that you are now in that place of complete peace,

The peace you find that passeth all understanding,

The peace of forgiveness is yours right now and forever when you choose to find that peace.

May peace be with you always.

Walk in peace,

My friend,

And find that forgiveness that heals you,

That forgiveness that never ends.

God bless you and keep you always.

Thank you so much for finding that power of forgiveness within.
