A very big Aloha and a wonderful,
Wonderful time to spend together here in meditation and contemplation.
And I'm going to do the meditation first,
Followed by a discussion on peace.
And I'm going to dedicate the meditation to peace,
Because peace is so needed.
And of course,
We know that peace begins within.
But as we continue to learn that essence of peace,
We can use that energy of peace throughout all of the challenging times in our life.
And we can share it with others as well,
With that attitude,
That energy that comes with a peaceful attitude.
So let's just start with some deep breaths,
Breathing in.
Lovely breath.
Precious breath of life.
Breathing our deep breath in,
Allowing that energy to just be there.
And then breathing out.
Nothing to do but the breath in and out.
Ah,
What a wonderful word for breath.
The presence of breath with each lovely breath in.
Sensing that presence,
Holding your breath and breathing out.
Expand that awareness of your presence to your feet,
Your ankles,
Thighs and hips,
Giving gratitude for the work that they do,
Walking you around,
Carrying your weight.
And allow that energy go to the base of your spine,
The root chakra.
Breathing energy there.
And allowing that energy from the root chakra to move up to the second chakra.
Powerful second chakra.
So much going on there in the second chakra.
Good emotions.
Some deep,
Deep connections there to feelings.
Give your attitude of gratitude to that beautiful,
Emotional second chakra full of that lovely energy,
The second part of your body there,
Right there on the navel area and below.
And the third chakra.
Very important chakra here.
A lot going on with the third chakra as we move up the spine into the fourth chakra,
The heart.
Spend some time with your heart.
What's in your heart?
What do you feel in your heart?
What's in the heart of your heart?
Breathing in,
Allowing the heart energy to expand.
Love there to expand and expand and expand.
Allow that energy to extend out to your aura above you,
Below you,
To the right and to the left of you until you're surrounded in aura of love,
Light.
Ah,
Beautiful energy all around you,
Protecting you.
And now allow the energy to flow up to your wonderful chakra in the throat.
Beautiful energy in this chakra above.
Lovely energy there.
Creative center.
Power of your voice.
And moving up to the head and so many wonderful elements within the head.
The third eye and all of the lovely energy in your eyes and your nose,
Your mouth,
Your ears.
So many expressions.
And allow your energy go to the top of your head,
The seventh chakra.
Beautiful,
Beautiful,
Radiant chakra.
That radiant energy allowing that soul energy to connect with you.
What does that soul that you have feel like?
Where is the power of the soul coming from?
It has such a wonderful commitment to you throughout all of your life.
Always there,
Waking or asleep,
In birth and in dying,
Through everything you go through in your life.
This soul of yours.
Where's the heart of your soul?
Where's that love that is the source of all of that energy of creation?
Where is that love?
The source of that love and the light in your life.
Be grateful for that energy.

For this wonderful energy.
Allowing that energy to flow through all of you,
Charging you up with that perfect energy of wonderful gratitude.
Charging it up with everything that you are.
And slowly,
Slowly,
Slowly come back.
And I'm going to continue to talk here about that gift of being at peace.
Now,
Being at peace might be felt when you're in meditation.
You might feel that wonderful gift of peace.
But can you maintain that peace in your life throughout your challenges,
Throughout your day?
And you're going to face in your life sometimes the challenges of life.
And that's when peace is there to be called upon.
And it will take you on a very interesting journey of what it may take to maintain that peace.
You might have to let go of some illusions.
Because when we have challenges,
There are many illusions attached to them.
They can easily latch on to the challenges.
And you may not like them.
So that's why it's even more important to maintain peace.
When you're facing challenging situations,
Or when you're watching the news,
Or when you are going through life changes,
Moving,
Trying to find peace when you're moving,
Good luck.
But it's so important,
Isn't it?
Thing is,
We know we get through these things.
But when we're in the middle of these things,
We can lose track of that peaceful state we feel in meditation.
So we must integrate that peace into our life.
And there are lots of ways and tricks you can use to do that.
I think the most effective and easiest one is the power of your breath.
So if you're starting to go through something that is stressful,
Or upsetting,
If you just stop and take some deep breaths,
It could be as few as three deep breaths.
And you'll find within that moment,
That time of three deep breaths,
That you will be able to return,
Especially if you've been doing this in meditation,
You'll be able to return to that core of peace within.
And it might be a very different perspective and attitude when you go back into that perspective of peace within.
It's such a valuable tool to use.
