I turn away from the outer world that surrounds me to enter into the innermost world of my own mind,

Soul,

And spirit.

And as I do this,

Let me feel that I am now turning my mind in upon itself,

That all outer sense impressions are now being blocked off while inner sense impressions are being opened to me.

Thus it is that I turn my mind back in upon itself.

Every breath that I breathe into my body is as a breath that is part of my mind,

Turning my mind in upon itself.

And every exhalation from my body releases from my mind the everyday thoughts of daily life,

So that moment by moment and breath by breath,

My mind empties of daily thought activities and begins to become receptive to inner thought and consciousness activity.

And so my mind continues to turn inward,

Inward,

Back into itself.

And as this happens now,

Let me feel and picture that my mind exists as circle within circle within circle within circle,

That the outermost level of my mind is the outermost circle.

And so let me picture and imagine that my mind exists with circle within circle within circle,

And that I am moving from the outermost circle from the conscious level of my mind through my personal subconscious,

Where all of the memories of this lifetime are accumulated,

And I am moving through and past that level of my mind,

Entering into still another layer,

A layer involving that which is an exchange of energies with others,

A telepathic layer.

And I am moving beyond that now,

Moving into the emotional level of my mind,

The feeling part of consciousness and the interpretation of my mind of feeling.

And I am moving now still inward beyond the feeling level of personal consciousness,

Moving now to that level in which I have a connection with the entirety of the human race,

The collective part of my mind.

And I am moving now beyond that,

Still deeper into my mind,

Deeper into the source of consciousness within me.

And as I do,

I now enter into a mental body,

A body that is as a pinpoint of light within myself,

A light that I can move throughout my body.

And let me feel that my body is as a field of sky-like consciousness,

And I can move my mind as a star-like point of light throughout my body now.

And as I do,

All levels of my body begin to sense and to feel and to be part of my mind and my consciousness.

And so let me feel now that my mind travels into my left foot and there all of the nerve cells and tissues of that area of my body become part of and are part of my mind.

And now let me feel the existence of my right foot and let me feel that my mind is a point of light in an inner sky of awareness,

Expands there and the consciousness of mind is in that area.

And so this process is repeated now into my left calf muscle,

My right calf muscle,

My left knee,

My right knee,

My left thigh,

My right thigh,

Into the lower extremities of my body,

Into my lower back,

Into my upper back,

Into my abdomen,

Into the upper frontal part of my body,

Into my shoulders,

Down the length of my left arm,

In to my left hand,

Down the length of my right arm,

Into my right hand,

In through my neck and throat and now into my head.

This light,

This consciousness,

This mind is one with all parts of my body as if the entirety of my body now is part of my mind and my mind part of my body.

And whatever I can see in my mind I can see inwardly throughout my body as if the entirety of my body can be as an inner viewing screen to be able to see and to still deeper and further recesses of mind and consciousness within myself.

And so I feel that throughout my body,

My body is as an open channel to receive and interpret divine impressions from the depths of my consciousness.

And so let me feel now that my mind as a pinpoint of light is traveled into the upper torso of my body,

The spiritual heart center of consciousness within me and that my mind now is entering into the sacred part of my heart,

Into that place where the life spark of all of creation exists.

And as this happens my mind begins to merge with a grander light,

A light that is within me and yet a light that is infinitely beyond me and I am merging with that light and that light flows out now through the pores of my body and my mind,

One with the light and the light one with my mind,

Surrounds my body with an aura of light,

An aura of consciousness that has come from the very central creative part of mind within myself,

That part of my mind which merges me with the infinite,

With the spirit that is God's presence within me.

And so let me feel right here,

Right now that my mind exists as a field of light both within me and surrounding me in an aura of light and now joined with the spirit of the infinite,

That my mind extends beyond the outer confines of the aura that surrounds my body out into skies that surround me towards all horizons before and behind me to the left and to the right of me,

Above me and beneath me.

All is mind,

All is light,

All is consciousness,

Everywhere present and as this happens now let me feel that spirit that is pure mind,

Pure light is cleansing that personal part of my mind of all traumatic and negative debris,

Clearing that level of personal consciousness within me now of all that is not light.

So that the mind of nature,

The mind of God,

The mind of spirit is working in and through the personal levels of my personal consciousness,

Clearing,

Healing,

Rejuvenating,

Restoring through divine sublimation all darkened negative thought form energies into divine mind light.

So that the entirety of consciousness with which I am one is part of divine mind light.

One mind,

One light,

One wholeness and completeness that my body is so much a part of my mind as light that the consciousness within every one of the millions of cells of my body now vibrates with divine mind light from the crown of my head down the length of my body to the soles of my feet and rising upward from the soles of my feet,

Moving up through my legs and my upper body into and through the top of my head consciousness,

Pure mind,

Unencumbered,

Unfettered by human limitation that my consciousness is part now of divine mind,

Divine consciousness and that divine mind and consciousness now is everywhere present holding all of the planets,

The Sun and other stars and other planets and throughout the galaxy and beyond and other galaxies that there is but one mind containing all of the variety of nature infinitely within itself as if all that is in outer space is really a manifestation of thought within the mind of God so that every star and planet is part of divine intelligence and that everything that moves on every planetary body is part of divine intelligence that all created things throughout the entirety of the universe are in the mind the consciousness of the divine mind of Almighty God and that within each of the creations at the center of all consciousness within each is the presence of divine mind light and so I join with the divine mind light so that my consciousness now is as the consciousness within God and the consciousness within God is the source of my consciousness so that I the finite within the infinite and the infinite mind of God is within my finite mind the two as one inseparable each from the other right here right now yet right here is everywhere and right now is eternity one moment one particle of time containing the entirety of the universe for the universe is as a thought within the mind of God that is the universe and I am part of that thought inseparable from the entirety of infinity am I for joined in the mind of God I am part of that creative consciousness existing right here yet everywhere for everywhere is right here all is mine pure mind pure consciousness pure light containing all of the stars and of the heavens seen and unseen all within the mind of God as the mind of God is within me now and I am within the mind of God now one consciousness one life one mind vibrating in and within itself consciousness everywhere everywhere consciousness the small within the large the large within the small here yet everywhere for everywhere is here and the past and the future are the present moment of one eternal moment of time in the divine mind that is God and I am in God's mind as God's mind is in my mind has a bond so below consciousness pure mind pure reality throughout the physical universe and yet the mind of God containing the spiritual universe as well so that the mind of God contains the physical universe and yet contains other dimensions of consciousness beyond the physical dimension and so I am now part of that consciousness of divine mind that not only contains the whole of the infinite physical universe within itself but right here right now also contains the entirety of the spiritual universe and its mysteries within itself and so my mind one with a mind that is God is open to receiving impressions and being part of the consciousness of higher dimensions heavenly dimensions of mind of reality and I flow in consciousness towards those heavenly dimensions as those heavenly dimensions now flow towards me and there is an interplay of energy of thought of reality now entering within me as I enter within them one consciousness one mind one expansion into all dimensions of reality and my mind is as a looking glass seen into itself beholding itself knowing itself to be divine right here right now for here is everywhere everywhere is here time is one eternal moment part of the all inseparable from pure mind pure consciousness eternal life I declare in my consciousness my oneness with the infinite and the infinite with me I move in the infinite mind the infinite mind moves through me one mind one consciousness one consciousness and my containing all within all within all and my mind is as a single I that sees into itself behold its own divine nature right now right here pure mind divine mind divine sight for my mind is as a single eye open to divine sight my consciousness is as a single eye able to see and reflect back into the myriad of realities that are part of my mind right here right now and so I am that which I am one with pure mind pure thought pure consciousness universally present in this moment which is the eternal moment of pure mind pure thought embodying the divine mystery and reality that I am one with the mind that is the ultimate creator and that I can see as the mind of God sees behold as the mind of God behold its own creations within itself in this state of beingness now there is peace for there is no conflict for my mind is an opposition with God's mind to nothing for my mind in oneness with God's mind is all and the total power of all therefore there is only peace and serenity without conflict for there is no separateness now only one mind one light and so it is amen you
