I turn away from the outer world that surrounds me to begin now to enter into the innermost world of my own mind,
My soul,
And the spirit that is God's presence within me.
And so I turn my mind now in upon itself to enter into a higher realm and reality of consciousness and awareness.
And as I do,
I picture myself where I am,
Dressed as I am,
Surrounded by an aura of pure white radiant light.
And this aura surrounding my body is a protective aura emanating forth from the deepest part of me,
From the heart center,
God's presence within me,
Radiating out and surrounding me with an energy field of protection so that nothing can enter my sphere of consciousness now except for that which begins to come forth from within me.
And so now with every breath that I breathe into my body,
Every inhalation,
A breath of peace,
As if I am extracting from the air around me the essence of God's presence.
And I am breathing that breath of life throughout my body,
Down the length of my body to the soles of my feet.
And there from the soles of my feet rises my exhalation and taking in that exhalation all from my body that is not peace so that moment by moment,
Breath by breath,
I become more peaceful,
My mind quieter and stiller so that I can look into and see and perceive the very depths of my own soul.
And so now I begin to withdraw into different levels of my mind starting from the conscious level.
I move now into the personal subconscious,
Into that area where all the memories of my life exist.
And from that area I move into the ethereal area.
There were energies that connect me with the sun above and the earth beneath my feet merge as an ethereal body of energy that supports the physiology of my physical body.
And I move now from that level of consciousness into an astral level of my mind.
And at an astral level of my mind I connect with worlds within worlds within worlds for here is my opening to other dimensions of God's many mansions.
And now I move into that area of the psychic and telepathic realms in which thought,
Energy and feeling flows between me and other people.
And so let me think the goodness of God that the goodness of God may flow between myself and others.
And so let me pass there now into the collective area of my mind that connects me with all of humanity simultaneously with the entirety of the human race.
And here let me feel the delight of God that is within me,
Is within every creature,
Every person.
And that light forms a mystical bond of God's presence between myself and all of God's other creations.
And now let me feel that I'm entering into that level of mind and consciousness that is the level of my individual soul.
That part of me that is God individualized in consciousness as my existence.
And now let me feel that I am moving into the innermost level of consciousness,
The God mind,
The universal mind,
The pure spirit that is God within me.
And having done this now let me feel that my body is as an energy field filled with various vortexes of energy.
All of these vortexes of energy connected with different levels of my mind.
Let me visualize these vortexes as whirling energy forces.
And let me also affirm that these energy forces are under the direction right here,
Right now,
And every day of my life by the great God of the universe.
That is the God of the universe that directs the energy forces within each of the vortexes,
The chakras throughout my body.
That each one is divinely directed.
That there are many chakras,
Vortexes of energy throughout my body.
Seven main ones and others.
Others that exist in my left foot and in my right foot.
So let me think now of my left foot as a vortex of energy and my right foot as a swirling vortex of energy.
And let me feel that these vortexes of energy are connected to the ground beneath me,
Grounding me with the Mother Earth beneath my feet.
And as I feel this let me feel that vortexes exist also in my hands,
My hands which I can raise upward to the heavens,
To there draw the life-giving rays of the sun into my body.
So that from my feet,
Drawing forth the energy of the Earth from the vortexes of energy in the palms of my hands,
Raising upward to the skies to draw forth the energy of the sun,
I become a state of higher consciousness where I become the center of great forces.
At work throughout the planet,
Throughout the sun.
And as I feel this consciousness within me begins to unfold.
And so I direct my attention now to the base of my spine where both a male and a female energy exist in the energy field of my body.
A male and female energy that I affirm is under the control of God's presence and God's will.
A spiritual heat at the base of my spine in the lowest or the root chakra is under the control of God's will to release the male and female energy along my spine which is in a spiritual reality the central column of my inner body temple.
And so that energy can release now according to God's inner direction that God alone living within me has total direction and power over the release of the male and female energy from the base chakra at the base of my spine.
So now male female energy is first influencing activity in the base chakra for creative energy on a mental plane and sexual energy on a physical plane according to God's inner direction.
The male female energy now traveling upward,
Upward to my navel chakra to their influence activity in my navel chakra in regard to astral seeing,
Clairvoyantly into other dimensions and to sublimate any negative energies in this area into positive ones and this under the direction of God's presence within me directing the energy factors contained in the navel chakra of my body.
And now let me feel that the male female energy continues upward now into my spleen chakra whose energies are part of my ethereal body regulating my health by taking in life giving energies from the sun and the earth according to God's inner direction.
Now the male female energies in my body travels into the central upper part of my chest area in line with my spine to influence my heart center and influence the spreading of God's light presence throughout my body according to God's inner direction.
God's light from my heart chakra radiates energies of love,
Understanding,
Forgiving and compassion.
And as I feel this,
Let me feel this radiation going forth from my body out into the atmosphere and let me picture the entirety of the earth and that the love,
Compassion,
Understanding that is God is flowing forth from me encircling the very earth with light,
With beauty,
With love,
With understanding and with compassion that all of the divine attributes of the goodness of God are flowing forth from me,
From my heart chakra.
Now my male and female energies rise up my spinal column,
Up to my neck area,
Up to my throat chakra whose energy provides me with the power of the spoken word and words only thought.
And here my neck chakra now is under the influence of God's direction so that whatever activity is taking place there now is under the will and direction of God.
That whatever words are spoken there are under the will and the direction of God.
Here this area of my body,
God's will energizes my neck and throat chakra according to God's will for me right here and right now.
Now my male-female energies move upward into my third eye,
My inner eye or the eye of my soul chakra in the interior region of my forehead.
Here my third eye chakra is now under the influence of God's presence within me to open my spiritual ability to see spiritual realities.
First,
Just within the interior region of my forehead.
Next,
As if the entirety of my head area were a viewing screen.
And finally,
As if my body were completely hollow and I could look into my body and there see the spiritual anatomy of how I am constructed with all of the vortexes and chakras moving with dynamic energy throughout me.
And finally,
My male-female energy connects with my crown chakra,
My entire scalp area or the top of my head which can take me to the very heights of spiritual enlightenment which can release me from all karmic influence which can free me from the wheel of birth and rebirth.
And this chakra is now under the influence of God's inner direction so that the energy factors comprising this chakra,
This energy activity within me is totally and completely under the divine influence of God.
My male and female energies now begin to culminate,
To culminate,
To join together in becoming as one.
And I am open to the light of God's presence in divine union of my soul mind with God's spirit consciousness.
In this state,
I proclaim the sacred words,
I am that,
That I am forever one with the universal mind,
Spirit,
Presence of God in wisdom,
In power,
In peace and above all in love.
For this,
This day and every day of my life through eternity in my oneness with God's presence,
I give thanks,
I let it be so and so it is.
