I'm Rev.
Cindy Palas and today I'm going to talk about how you can let God be your life coach.
Life coaches can be very expensive and many people seek them out.
I can understand that.
I have found that through meditation and prayer you can connect with God.
In fact,
I connect with God daily and if you meditate and pray you probably do too.
It's okay to realize that you have that power in your connection with God to let God guide you,
To let God help you,
To let God support you,
To let God be your life coach.
I'm going to talk a little bit about this in doing meditation and how you can indeed strengthen your connection to God and let God be your life coach.
I have the opportunity to open the door to a higher way of expression,
A meeting place to be a way to connect with God.
I make the time each day to engage in that meaningful relationship and conversation with God.
I carry that conversation with God into my ability to communicate with others.
I mirror back my highest self to others and see the God in them.
Thank you God for this gift of communication and so it is.
Prayer for communicating with God and others.
Lord,
We are all created from your light and love.
I pray that I can see past all differences in others and to see our similarities.
May I see your spirit that lives in the heart of all people.
May that spirit bring us together in unity to communicate heart to heart with others.
May the gift of communication bring us all closer together.
I thank you Lord for the blessings of being able to communicate heart to heart,
Soul to soul.

Take some very deep clearing breaths.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in light and breathing out spirit throughout your body.
Breathing in light.
Call upon that light to be present in your mind,
In your throat,
In your voice,
In your heart,
In your soul.
Going to that place where the soul is,
Into the peace within.
And breathe in now that divine presence of Holy Spirit.
Know that that presence is here right now with God's word able to bring that spirit into matter.
Listen to the silence and be still now.
Wait for the gift of God's words to come to you.
Sit in the silence and feel the impressions there.
Breathing in.
Awareness.
Breathing out.
The gift of communication.
Be aware of the line of communication that holds a special thread of pure golden energy,
A vibration,
A frequency.
It's a frequency that's alive between you and God.
Feel that thread of energy.
Be that thread of light.
Feel the power of this energy flowing through you,
Communicating.
Communicating the love and the light that God is.
And be in that presence,
That thread of pure golden energy.
Let it fill you.
Let it completely merge with you.
Become one with that energy.
And then reflect on this oneness of all and how we all communicate with Spirit or God.
How there are no words that are separate in the universal language of energy.
You are the instrument of God's great truth.
Feel this truth in you.
You hold the living Word of God in your heart and soul.
Receive that energy.
Feel that energy expressing through you.
You are part of the Creator's love and light.
Take a minute here to embrace that love and light.
To breathe it in.
To absorb it.
To be it.
To become it.
To feel it.
And as you stay in this moment,
Know that all is well.
And slowly come out of meditation and be aware of how you feel.
And thank the Creator for this blessing,
This thread,
This communication between you and Spirit.
And so it is.
