Aloha,
I'm Reverend Cindy Palos and I thought today I would just go right into a meditation.
I usually do a talk and a meditation,
But I wanted to bring in the presence and be with that wonderful divine presence that brings us light and love and bliss.
So let's just go quietly into our sacred space.
And let's start of course with ourself being comfortable and your spine erect and just breathing in that light.
The breath of light coming in,
Holding it for a couple of seconds and breathing that light out into every single part of your body.
Breathing in that light,
Holding that light and allowing the presence of light to come into all of your very consciousness.
We're going to breathe in this presence now for a couple of minutes just allowing ourselves to expand our consciousness so we can be aware of the high presence and the frequencies of energy that are with the highest light.
Breathing in and calling in that light,
Allowing yourself to be present with that light and allowing yourself to let that light completely surround your entire body with a protective light field.
Breathing in that light again and now allowing that light to pour through every single part of your body into your head and allow it to completely surround your head and feel your face and your muscles of your jaw,
Your eyes,
All parts of your face relaxing and letting go of any tension.
Feeling that light within now,
The light within your whole inner self,
In your brain,
Surrounding your inner brain in a circle of beautiful light,
Concentric light fields within your entire mind.
Within your third eye,
Clearing anything away that needs to be cleared in your third eye area and allowing yourself to see that light bringing its beautiful shades and colors into your consciousness and breathing that light in and bringing it down again into your second eye,
I'm sorry that's your sixth chakra and feeling that sixth chakra enlightened.
And then down to your throat chakra,
Breathing in that beautiful aqua blue color,
The creative energy.
Feel that creative energy being enlightened there within your power of your creative chakra,
That blue,
The aqua marine blue coming and swimming around your throat area,
Bathing you and releasing any tension around your shoulders and your neck.
Just seeing that tension just slip away.
And now allow the energy to come into your heart chakra and see this beautiful green energy field there with the beautiful ray of pink love coming into your heart of hearts.
Feel your heart blossoming and opening to this love.
Allow your heart to be felt,
Put your hand on your heart and feel that energy,
Feel that energy field,
Feel that chakra responding as you give your heart love.
And now allow that love to completely surround your upper body and move on down to your third chakra and see all of your inner body there surrounded in the beautiful golden light.
Let it feel your liver and your organs and your kidneys and all your pancreas.
Let all of the energy that needs to be purified there,
Purified in this beautiful golden white healing light and call the light into this third chakra and spin that light as if you were turning a prayer wheel,
Spin that wonderful light on all of you.
See it spinning around.
And now go on down to your second chakra where you have any feelings and emotions and anything that you might be holding there and allow the beautiful peach color to come there.
And the peach color is completely surrounding this entire pelvic area now with a beautiful healing light.
Breathe light into that peach colored second chakra and release anything that needs to be released,
Spending time there and sending love and understanding and care to your second chakra and anything that may be residing there.
Give it love,
Embrace it,
Heal it and now move on down to your root chakra,
That beautiful red at the base of the Kundalini there and see that light radiating throughout the entire root chakra.
See it as a beautiful ruby red flower.
Each of the petals completely lit up with the wonderful light and sacred energy.
And now allow yourself to feel this wonderful energy going on down into your calves,
Just through your legs and knees into your calves and your ankles and your feet.
And now you are a beautiful light body of rainbow colors that are so exquisite.
You are a beautiful rainbow of light and love.
Dwell in this lovely space that you are and embrace yourself with love.
And now go into that beautiful place of your inner sacred soul.
Find that energy there that dwells in the crown chakra.
That lotus of the crown chakra is lit up,
A beautiful crown at the top of your head and it opens up and has a lovely chalice pouring into it from your soul of soul.
And in that soul is great bliss.
It's the magic of all creation that is alive there.
It holds your true identity.
Find the joy there in your soul.
It dwells in the silence of the I am that I am.
Feel that joy growing into bliss.
The bliss that comes when your soul is recognized and you accept who you really are.
Feel yourself being renewed and restored and revitalized by the one source of all light and unconditional love.
Find yourself now connected to the source of all life.
Feel that energy calling to you across all time and space.
Feel it drawing you with that precious bliss beyond your mind.
Be that bliss.
Be that presence.
Be that energy reflected to you in your soul.
This bliss of light eternal will guide you through the longest night.
It holds a promise that when all that's left is faith these guardian angels will come and reach you and help you and bring you whatever you need and whatever it takes to feel that energy here right now that redeeming love that makes everything all right.
Let that energy of God's pure unconditional love be your very breath.
Be your very spirit.
Breathe in the breath of God.
Breathe it in deep.
Breathe in the spirit of God and let it fill you and make you complete.
Feel yourself whole and able to understand and reveal to you what needs to be known.
Feel the messages of love and light that come to you when you're in need.
Let them speak to you right now.
Let them bring you great peace.
Feel that you're here at home in this beautiful sacred place surrounded by the energy of those flowers of love and grace.
Breathe in the fragrance of this bliss.
Let it enchant your very soul.
Feel how it brings you peace and that place that is so sacred,
A place where you can whenever you need retreat.
Let this beautiful space of love and light be your very true home.
Know that it's your gift from God and that you can always come and be here and be at home in your light,
In your love,
In your soul that you really are.
Let it come to you and come through you to bring you the gifts to share,
The tools of this love,
This kindness,
This compassion,
This oneness that you find right here.
Breathe in all those gifts right now and let it fill all of who you are and feel that energy coming into every single cell of your body.
Every single atom is filled with this redeeming light and this love,
This restoring healing energy and be grateful for this time that you've had in this sacred space with the presence of light and love from the very source of all.
I'm going to close with the Aramaic Lord's Prayer.
