Be Enlightened

It's a very special time for bringing in the Light. This is the time to bring in Light, as we approach the winter solstice. Many spiritual practices have special celebrations at this time. Buddha's enlightenment on 12/8, Hanukkah starts on December 12, Winter Solstice on the 21st, and Christmas and the burning of the yule log. This a talk and meditation on bringing in the light.

Aloha.

Welcome.

E kom o mai.

I'm Reverend Cindy Palos and I'm just going to wait for everyone to join us as we bring in the light.

This is a very,

Very special time of year in all faiths and all beliefs.

In the Buddhist belief,

Rohatsu is the time of enlightenment.

I know our friends at the Zonamat and Zen Center,

Which I studied and practiced with for many years,

Just had their long overnight experience.

It was beautiful.

They stay up all night and then at dawn they come and look at the Morning Star as Buddha did and saw the Morning Star and just enlightened after so many years of seeking enlightenment.

That one moment,

That magic moment where enlightenment happens.

And in Hanukkah,

December 10th is when Hanukkah starts,

The lighting of the beautiful candles.

Of course,

The yule log coming up,

The time of the solstice,

The time of the bringing in the light,

The time of the birth of the Christ consciousness,

The beautiful time when at the darkest time of year the light comes.

The light comes and fills us all.

And we can experience,

We can experience that light.

We can experience enlightenment.

That was the purpose of all the teachers,

All the masters wish us to experience this beautiful light from the one source of all.

So I'm very blessed to be here today with you and those of you present.

I learned a lot.

This is my second one.

My first one I didn't learn quite so much from and now I've learned more.

So I'm so happy to see you here today to join us as we bring the light in together.

And I love the Aramaic version of the Lord's Prayer and I'm going to be saying the Aramaic version of the Lord's Prayer because that talks about that one light.

You know,

In the beginning there was light and from light all things came forth.

And we can bring in that light and share that light together here in this wonderful time of bringing in light at the kind of darkest time of year coming up on the 21st.

And the Aramaic Lord's Prayer is the version that was translated from the Aramaic.

So it's a little different than the traditional Lord's Prayer.

But it goes,

Father,

Mother of the cosmos,

Shimmering light of all.

Focus your light within us as we breathe your holy breath.

Just taking that Father Mother of the cosmos.

That's the one source of all the source that is the one source shimmering light of all focus your light within us.

So if we can all allow that light from the point of the one source of light to be focused within us right now.

Feel that light coming to you from the one source right now.

As we breathe your holy breath.

Now,

Taking that phrase as we breathe your holy breath,

Take for a moment to remember that light can be a living light.

Light isn't a static word.

Light is a living light.

And we can experience ourselves.

We are like bodies.

We have like bodies.

When we leave this body,

We gain another body,

A light body.

If any of you have experienced the after death experience or near death experience,

You know we go into that light,

That bright light that's so bright.

And then we take on our light bodies.

So from these beautiful light bodies,

Bring that power of that light into your sanctuary of your heart right now.

And just take a moment and breathe that beautiful light from the one source right here into you.

And let it unite that beautiful source with your beautiful energy,

Your vibration.

So it becomes your energy field uniting within us the sacred rays of that power and that beauty.

Let our own hearts desire unite heaven and earth.

For here we are in this manifest form,

Bringing heaven to earth,

Living heaven on earth right now.

And help us to fulfill what lies within the circle of our lives today.

In a way this is turning ourselves and letting ourselves be an instrument,

A pure instrument of that living light.

So our own personality and our ego and other parts of us doesn't get in the way of that one light.

We are a pure channel,

A vehicle.

And if we have any secret fears,

And we all do,

Allow ourselves to realize there's that shadow side of ourselves.

We all have a shadow side.

And allow that part of yourself to then also be able to forgive and see that others have a shadow side.

And that allows that understanding to come forth.

We don't get brought up in confusion or illusion.

We just truly see the light that every single soul is.

We don't get tempted by false appearances,

But the one appearance of the one light and see the soul into others.

From that astonishing fire comes the eternal song.

And indeed there is that sound,

That one vibration of the energy of the all.

And it sanctifies us and it allows us to again be transformed with that energy.

And we're going to go into a meditation now remembering that this is the time where there's no reason to delay.

Right now is when.

If you've thought maybe,

Maybe I'll be enlightened tomorrow.

Or maybe it'll be some other time.

If there's any doubts,

Remove those doubts.

You can experience that light who you really are right now.

And Aloha.

So let's just take some breaths of living light as we get ourselves comfortable to go into that highest place of enlightenment.

Again,

Do not delay.

Sometimes people think,

Oh,

I'll be enlightened tomorrow.

Or maybe I'll be enlightened down the line.

We don't have to wait for enlightenment.

You can experience that light.

Now is the time really the time to be the light you are.

So with that intent,

With that pure intent to bring the ultimate light into your own being right now,

Let's take some very deep breaths of living light and see how that breath feels.

As you're breathing living light in,

Sense it,

Sense it throughout your body as you pause at the top of your breath and breathe that living light out.

The living light can heal you.

The living light can transform you.

So allow yourself to feel that living light going through all of your body right now.

Just feel how good it feels.

Let's take that living light and first feel it as we breathe in in our head area.

In fact,

Let's take it to the beautiful crown chakra that we have and just imagine that lotus,

Beautiful energy field there being lit up.

Imagine that crown chakra as it is a living energy being lit up by that beautiful light from the one source,

Bringing in that light to your crown chakra.

So you feel as if this crown chakra is a pure lotus of living pure energy with the diamond light in the center of it.

Let us feel this energy we're all doing as we're gathering to hear together we can share this energy and bringing in that light from your crown chakra to your head and allow this light to fill your mind.

Feel the energy of that pure light from the diamond light of all the one source circling around your entire head area.

Allow this pure white light to indeed circle inside your head pure light completely cleansing every single part of your brain and your mind and coming into that violet light that's the living light where you can see your soul and your third eye.

Imagine right now that beautiful living light of that violet light see it there in your third eye and there's any blocks or tension just release it and feel how good that healing light in your head feels allowing yourself to be totally present in the light and allow that beautiful light to pour down into your throat chakra your creative center there.

It's an aquamarine light the color of the beautiful Aegean sea and just allow your throat chakra to be filled with the creative spirit of all energy of light.

Bring that light through that chakra and make sure it's feeling good in your neck and it's totally open now with nothing blocking it.

Breathing that energy in and allowing yourself to feel that throat chakra pouring light into you and down into your heart chakra.

Your heart chakra is such a beautiful heart chakra.

It's so full of the light of love right now.

Feel the light of the love.

This beautiful green light that is this beautiful radiant green.

Let that green light come into that perch of love in your heart.

Feel that beautiful blossoming as that light goes deep deep deep deep deep deep deep into your heart of all hearts that ties you in with the heartbeat of all of life with the heartbeat of God.

Just dwell here in this beautiful love and allow yourself to completely be at ease and at peace with the love there in your heart.

Put your hand on your heart.

Just hum now.

Feel that energy of hum.

Hum in your heart.

That healing energy there that goes so deep as you completely allow yourself to feel your heart re-energize revitalize with the love of all love.

You are unconditional love.

You are born from the source of all love.

Allow yourselves to feel the love that you've always wanted that you've always needed.

Allow it to be present right here right now.

No limitations just unconditional healing love.

Feel that love the love that is the love that we all have the love that we all need is present.

Can you feel it?

Can you feel it here?

Allow it to be allow it to be present and allow it to expand out.

It feels beautiful doesn't it?

Allow this healing energy to come down into your third chakra.

It's a golden beautiful energy there and all of your organs that work so hard for you are being re-energized and re-healed and revived.

This is your lungs and your liver and your kidney and your stomach and all of this just loves this light that's coming in there now.

Just spin it around enlighten all of your organs right now just feel let that energy of feeling good feeling God into your third chakra and breathe that living light into every single part of that energy.

Feel it absorb it let any part that needs that healing energy to absorb it and be it right now.

And breathing in deep again just allowing that breath to sweep clear anything that needs to sweep clear and allow that breath to come in breathing in and breathing into your second chakra and your pelvis area and that beautiful energy where you feel allow it to feel a beautiful peach radiant light.

And if there's anything that you need to let go of any old energy this is a time of birthing new light.

Allow yourself to feel the creative energy of pure light to come into your second chakra.

If there's any fears or any anger any old energies just let them go cut them release them just breathe in and let it go feel the bliss coming in in that space you're receiving.

And now move on down to your root chakra that ruby red base of spine chakra allow that beautiful energy in your ruby chakra to be there right now feel that energy feel that beautiful energy right now.

Let it be let it be present.

And I'm trying to regain my visual here.

It somehow seemed to have lost it but go we're going to move on down.

We're going to move on down now to our legs and our thighs and let all of that energy move on down to the knees and the calves and your feet.

Maybe wiggle your toes and let this energy just pour on out of you.

Now we're going to do some light some beautiful light exercises to bring that light further in.

These are beautiful initiation energies of light and picture the light from the highest source coming in a V the masculine and the feminine light pouring down from the highest of highest realms on down through you and as it reaches your heart all of your body's lit up in a violet pure light.

Feel that beautiful violet light just completely energizing you right now.

Breathe in this beautiful,

Wonderful energy of light and just let it give your whole body a bath a purification from the highest source of light.

Are you feeling the energy?

Just let that energy be pure.

We're going to go deeper and deeper into our soul right now.

So from your heart dwell in your heart at this point and now you're full of this wonderful light.

Allow that pure light from your soul to be present.

That golden light of your soul's present.

Bring that light of your soul in right now and go into your realm of your soul light.

From your soul light you can connect to the one source of all heavenly light.

From the one source of God and we're going to allow ourselves to go to that one source where we return to where we came from that we know every single one of us knows this origination of our light source.

Every single one of us knows the light from which we were born,

We were created and from which we come.

Right now call upon that beautiful light from which you were born,

From which you come.

Let's just dwell there in our soul in the stillness,

In the beautiful energy.

Be still and know that you are that I am,

That I am presence that is pure light.

Let's all just feel and allow that presence of light to come deep inside our soul right now.

No waiting,

Nothing blocking you,

Just the pure wonderful light that you are.

Do you feel that light?

Can you sense that beautiful light?

Can you be that light of lights?

Right now allow that light to grow brighter.

Allow that light to be as bright as the light of a million suns.

Imagine the light of a million suns.

Let that light be you right now.

Let that light transform you right now into your light body,

Into your energy that you are,

Into your manifested self,

Into your body,

Your mind,

Your emotions.

You are becoming transformed right now by this perfect light that you are,

The one light of all.

Bring that light that's brighter than a million suns right now into your consciousness.

Dwell here in this light and become transformed,

Become enlightened.

You are that light.

Hold nothing back.

There's nothing to hold back.

Allow yourself to know that same energy that Buddha knew when he saw the morning star.

What was that enlightenment experience?

Allow yourself to feel the energy of the birth of the one light of Christ consciousness,

The one manifested light that was brought forth.

You are right now in that presence of that beautiful light consciousness.

Dwell here in the sacred of sacreds,

The holy of holy,

That one direct connection that you've always had,

That you've always known,

That has always been there waiting for you through lifetime after lifetime after lifetime.

This soul has known who you are right now.

Recognize who you really are,

A pure being of light and love,

A true child of God.

You are a true child of this beautiful light,

This oneness.

And we are all here together experiencing the power of this light right now,

Right here.

What you came here for is present.

Embrace this light.

Expand,

Expand your consciousness further and further out until you are one with the cosmic realms,

The cosmic consciousness of the universe is here in you that you can't experience right now if you believe.

Can you believe that you are enlightened,

That you are awake in this moment in the light of the one light of all that we all here are being radiated by this illumination of that one light,

The one light that's so powerful,

So beautiful,

The light of all creation.

Breathe that light in,

Just breathe it deeply and breathe it in.

Hold it and breathe that beautiful light out into all parts of your energy field right now.

See that energy field around you expanding,

Expanding out six feet,

Eight feet,

Expanding out across your entire community,

Expanding out across the entire country.

Joining forces right now in a network of lovely light,

A beautiful network of light is present here right now.

Can you feel the power of this presence,

This light?

Right now I feel your energy.

I feel this network and it's a beautiful chalice that's able to see we're all joining together in this bringing in of the light.

And now let's see the whole world.

Let's just see the world.

Picture the world and picture our energy,

Our beautiful energy of light that we're sharing right now,

Completely bathing and embracing the entire world.

And see as we send our light out to the world.

See the energy of the light shining forth as the world receives it.

See this light breaking through any darkness or any illusion,

Any part that needs light,

Let that energy pour forth to the entire world.

And now with that light,

Let the living light of love pour forth from you and from this group and from the chalice.

See it coming from the highest source and completely bathing the world in the love that it so needs to be healed.

See all of humanity receptive to this beautiful power of light and love.
