A 30 minute guided practice to relax at bedtime. It includes a bit a breath work and short body scan to begin relaxing the body. This is followed by several affirmations. Each affirmation is said three times and time is given between each affirmation to say each to yourself. These affirmations begin to plant the seeds of more positive thinking, cultivating gratitude and loving kindness for yourself and others. There is no music or background noise with this guided meditation.
