This is a 20 minute guided meditation that is perfect for relaxing the body and mind to fall into a deep sleep. This practice includes breath work and a short body scan to begin relaxing the body. This is followed by several affirmations. Each affirmation is said 3 times and time is given between each affirmation to say each to yourself. These affirmations begin to plant the seeds for cultivating positive thinking, gratitude and Loving Kindness for yourself and others.
