This is a lovely 20 minute guided meditation includes a bit a breath work and short body scan to begin relaxing the body followed by several affirmations. Each affirmation is said 3 times and time is given between each affirmation to say each to yourself. These affirmations begin to plant the seeds of more positive thinking, cultivating gratitude and loving kindness for yourself and others. There is peaceful music in the background with this guided meditation.
