Hi,
My name is Ciel Rose and welcome to this abundance meditation.
I'd like you to find a quiet space,
Maybe a dark room,
Put on eye shades,
And just get comfortable,
However that is for you,
Whether that's lying down or seated.
We'll start the meditation by taking several deep breaths.
Try to focus your mind on your breath and see how it makes you feel.
So in through the nose and out through your mouth.
And if this breathing is uncomfortable for you or the pace that I'm cuing you at doesn't feel right for you,
Just make sure that you're breathing at whatever pace feels good.
And every time you exhale,
Think about a wave washing over you,
Feeling the tension drain from your body.
In through the nose and out through your mouth.
And take a moment to be aware of where you might be holding tension.
Sometimes it might be in your forehead,
Your brows might be furrowed,
Your eyes may be squinted.
Is your throat relaxed?
Are you holding tension in the root of your tongue or in your shoulders?
So every time you exhale,
Just feel that wave of relaxation wash over you.
And I'd like to invite you to set an intention for your meditation practice today.
Our focus is on success and manifestation.
We want to create a reality.
So what is your intention?
Are you going to feel this meditation happens with ease?
Is your intention to gain more energy?
Is your intention simply to continue to breathe?
What is your intention?
A lot of the times people will hold their breath.
So don't hold your breath.
Just let it flow naturally.
When a thought comes into your mind that isn't serving you,
That's okay.
Just let it come in and let it go out.
Don't dwell on it.
Just bring yourself back to your breath.
Now bring your attention to what you want,
What you desire to manifest,
The success that you want to have.
What does that look like to you?
It's already happened in the future.
We're bringing the future to you.
So what is it that you want to create?
Is it a successful,
Happy personal relationship?
Is it your dream job?
Going on a dream vacation?
Living in the house that you always wanted to have?
Having abundant health?
Feeling good in your body?
What is it that you're looking for today?
Bring your attention to that.
We're not thinking about the obstacles.
We're not thinking about the challenges to get there.
We're already there.
The future has already happened.
Feel yourself dropping down into that reality.
Feel your body transforming.
Feel the energy that's created by being in this moment,
This moment that's already happened.
Feel the abundance.
There's so many good things coming your way.
Bring yourself to that moment.
Feel the love.
Feel the happiness,
The satisfaction.
What do you see?
You're in the moment that has already happened.
Who's with you?
What is the environment like?
Are you indoors?
Are you outdoors?
Do you see the colors?
Let it bring a smile to your face.
Do you smell anything?
Are you outside?
Do you smell pine trees or salt air?
What do you hear?
Can you hear laughter,
Applause?
Or is it just silence?
Are you by yourself?
Create the energy of that moment in your body right now.
Feel the vibration of that moment.
How does your body feel?
Is there a taste associated with this?
Are you celebrating with people and food?
Keep painting the picture.
Make it vibrant.
Continue to do your deep breathing,
Being aware of where you might be holding tension.
And walk yourself through the moment,
The success that you deserve,
The abundance that you deserve.
What are the results?
What are the results of the work that you have put in?
The transformation that you have seen in your life?
Do you feel anything physically?
Are you touching anything?
Create it all right now in your future that's coming towards you.
Now I'm going to be silent for a few moments while you take a deep breath and relax your body and keep thinking of all the details.
Your mind is This moment has already happened.
It's happened in the future and you are bringing that future towards you.
So feel the energy,
Feel the vibration of that moment,
Feel it in your body.
Is it excitement?
Is it knowing?
Is it satisfaction?
Feel it in your cells.
Now take a deep breath in and as you exhale just let all the remaining tension drain out of your body.
And when you're ready you can flutter your eyes open,
Taking your surroundings,
And continue to create an amazing day.
