Welcome to this manifestation meditation.
My name is CL.
And one important part about manifesting is being able to get into the emotional state of having what it is you want,
As though you already have it.
So to act as if to act as if you have the partner you desire,
Or the home you've always wanted,
Or the new business,
Whatever it is that you desire,
You must believe that in the future,
It's already happened.
And you're moving towards what has already happened.
So it's really important to create that emotional state and visualize and feel right down to your very bones,
What would it feel like when this is my reality,
When this reality that's already happened in the future,
Meets me.
So I'd like you to close your eyes and come with me as we take a journey into your mind,
Beautiful space that you've got to create whatever you want.
So just take a nice deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Just release any tension,
Pain or any niggling energies that you feel.
Just let your body settle.
And if you are feeling pain,
Just get as comfortable as you can.
Lowering your shoulders,
Your jaw,
Relaxing,
Softening your stomach,
Relax your arm,
Then feel heavy,
Relax your legs,
Let the hip flexors release,
Taking deep breaths in and exhaling out.
And every time you take a breath,
You're filling your body with lots of good oxygen.
And every time you exhale,
Just do a little sweep of your body,
A body scan,
Where are you holding tension,
Your forehead.
Just let yourself melt into a deep relaxation.
As your body settles into this manifestation meditation,
Let yourself notice the thoughts that might be running through your mind.
There's no judgment,
No attachment,
Just observe the thoughts float away.
Sometimes the thoughts come quickly,
All of a sudden running through your mind a little slower.
But whatever you notice,
I'd like you to take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
See if you can imagine yourself releasing those thoughts float away.
And notice if you feel different.
Do you feel clearer or lighter?
Let's just stay here for a moment,
Present with this feeling.
From this space of openness,
I'd like you to think about one thing that you desire right now.
Maybe it's a desire to feel healthy and peaceful in your body.
It's a desire to be in a loving and vibrant romantic relationship.
Or maybe it's a desire for financial freedom,
Or time freedom.
Maybe it's something material,
Something that will add value to your life.
Maybe it's a new home or a vehicle.
Whatever it is,
See it in your mind,
Observe your desire,
Notice the details,
And let your senses help your desire become more defined and brilliant.
A scent,
A smell,
A taste,
Texture,
Sound.
Paint an even clearer,
Brighter picture of what it is that you desire.
Imagine what it would be like to have it right now.
Let yourself become part of this vision in your mind.
Step into it.
This is your manifesting meditation.
This is your creation and your dream.
Your dream that will become your reality.
It is already a reality.
It's already happened.
You just need to meet it.
Let your body feel what it feels like to have this experience.
Maybe you feel the goosebumps of excitement on your skin,
Or the smile spread across your face,
Or the increase of your heart rate.
Those feelings are.
Let yourself be one with the emotions that come up as you see yourself experiencing your desire right now.
Your chest expand with air as you feel the love and the excitement and the joy and the thrill of having what you want right now.
Observe your thoughts as they align with having your desire in this present moment.
As you hear them say,
It's mine.
It's mine.
Just stay here for a little while.
Immerse yourself in the vision of having your desire right now.
You deserve that which you most desire.
Open your arms to the power of this manifesting meditation.
Stepping into what it feels like to already have it is a powerful way to bring it to you.
Take a deep breath in.
Let the air expand in your chest and expand your belief that your desire is already yours.
As you exhale,
Let yourself drop into gratitude.
Gratitude for this practice and gratitude for receiving that which you desire.
