2 Rounds of Tapping to release urges to binge or emotional eat. I will guide through the tapping points on the first round and then rounds 2+ I will just say our release statements. Please note the tapping points here: karate chop for 3 initial statements. Tapping rounds: Eyebrow, side-eye bone, under the eye bone, below the nose, below the mouth, collarbone, under your armpit, top of the head. And then we repeat.
