Tapping on the thought "I have no energy to help myself" to release the heavy feeling of the moment, shift the mind and energy of the body into alignment. Depression and anxiety symptoms may not be something we can think ourselves free from, but we can move the energy in that moment into something more empowering. Often our depression and anxiety thoughts are not based on truth, although they feel very real. We can use the belief we can help ourselves to shift and take a small action step forward.
