This is a quick 3-minute energizing breathwork practice that is a great way to start your day. It will give you a boost of energy, while leaving you focused, present, and ready for your day. This breath is great for the morning but also when you need a pick me up in the middle of the day, maybe even replacing that extra cup of coffee.

Hello loves,

I'm Christina Rae and I'm a breathwork and life coach and today I'm excited to share an energizing breathwork practice that's great for any situation to get you pumped and ready for the day but also when you just need a little pick me up in the middle of the day to replace that extra cup of coffee.

So let's get started.

What we're going to do is we're going to breathe in and out through the mouth 50 times then hold our breath and then again 50 times and then do one last breath hold and that's it.

This is one of my favorite breath practices because it's quick,

It's easy,

And it works.

So we'll begin.

We want to take deep belly breaths so breathing in and out through the mouth straight into the belly starting in three two one.

Ten more deep inhale and hold for ten nine eight seven six five four three two one exhale and hold at the bottom for three two one.

And come back to regular breathing and we begin again 50 more in and out through the mouth starting in three two one deep inhale and hold for ten nine eight seven six five four three two and one.

Hold at the bottom as you exhale and hold.

Inhale regular breathing again.

You can open your eyes if you close them.

Wiggle your shoulders and just notice that shift,

That burst of energy coming through.
